I would go there a couple times a week and the man with the longish hair was so helpful and kind. He always was polite and helpful and respectful. I had my 12 month old baby with me all the time and he’d make sure the cigarette machine was off so it didn’t scare her. He was just so wonderful to me and I couldn’t appreciate it more.

Very nice people with a great selection and absolutely fantastic prices on glassware, kratom and their tobacco rolling service. For those that do not know, if you supply the tobacco and tubes, that have a machine that will roll the whole carton for you for less than $20! (I think it was $12 but I may be mistaken). So you can essentially get a carton of cigarettes for like $35 and, if you have two boxes of tubes (since a pound bag of tobacco will make two cartons) you can basically get two cartons for around $40.

Its a great place with friendly staff, and grate products

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! THE MANAGER STEVE AND THE OWNER PENNY RIPPED ME OFF FOR $150! STEVE (who is a disgusting CREEP!) sold my husband and I a bottle of rotten, fermented, crystalized of CBD oil. We had asked for the bottle of CBD FULL SPECTRUM OIL that costs $150. He pulled the correct bottle out of the display case. Then, he switched the bottles behind the counter where we couldn't see. He then wrapped the bottle in bubble wrap, which I thought was weird. We got into the car and opened the bottle and realized he had sold us the wrong oil. He gave us the CBD TRIPLE THREAT, which I did not want. We also noticed that the oil was rotten, fermented, and crystalized. We went back in to talk to Steve and he bluntly told us that he would not give us a new bottle nor would he refund our money. Instead, he told my husband to microwave the bottle for a few seconds. Steve then proceeded to take the bottle off of the counter and put it in the microwave! IS HE STUPID? MICROWAVING CBD OIL KILLS THE ACTIVE INGREDIENT CBD! We tried the oil but it was rotten and fermented and did not work. It also burned the hell out of our mouths. So, we called the owner Penny. She rudely refused to make it right either. She basically told us "Your SOL! I'm not going to give you a refund or replacement the bottle!" She didn't care AT ALL! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? WE HAVE SPENT ABOUT $800 IN THIS STORE SINCE THEIR RE-OPENING! I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP AT ROLL N TIMES OR PUFFS AND STUFF AS THEY ARE BOTH OWNED BY PENNY!!! IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS, I'LL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE PERSON WHO DISTRIBUTES THE FULL SPECTRUM CBD OIL AND WILL NOW BE BUYING THIS PRODUCT DIRECTLY FROM HIM! STEVE AND PENNY HAVE LOST 2 GOOD CUSTOMERS WHO WOULD HAVE BOUGHT 4 BOTTLES OF CBD A MONTH! THAT'S $600 A MONTH! SCREW THESE DIRTY, ROTTEN SCAMMERS!!!
