A great country general store with a great deli to eat owned by great people in a small unincorporated community in Southeastern Jones County Ms located between Highways 15 and 29 South on County Rd 243 aka Ovett Moselle Rd!

Best burgers and potatoe logs ever. I've been all over the states and nothing beats The Ovett Little General. It's owners are amazing people and they hire great people to work it.

This is a great place to eat. Friendly, courteous people serve you. Food is great and prices are as good as the food. This place is located close to the Desoto National Forest and extremely accessible for hunters and Forrest users. Five star for me.

Laurel is a city in and the second county seat of Jones County, Mississippi, United States. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 17,161. Laurel is northeast of Ellisville, the first county seat, which contains the first county courthouse. It has the second county courthouse, as Jones County has two judicial districts.
