Today was my first time to buy a new car. I didn’t really know what to expect and it made me extremely nervous. Randall Jackson is the salesman that helped me through the entire process.If you are going to buy a car from KIM’S……10 out of 10 I HIGHLY recommend that you ask for him. He isn’t pushy and doesn’t try to put you in a vehicle that isn’t right for you. He made sure to ask exactly what I wanted , the colors I preferred and explained everything to me about the process. He worked with me for a few days trying to find the right car that fit my criteria and I ended up in exactly what makes me happy. Between him and the team working with me they made sure that the price of the car, interest rate and payment were reasonable and affordable.I was able to get the loan, insurance and anything I needed right there at Kim’s. I am from out of state, and I called about a truck on the lot and had the pleasure of talking to Dusti. Although the truck is not an exact match for my needs, Dusti went above and beyond to locate trucks that are a closer match. She obtained more information for me than I even asked for, and it exceptionally helpful. Unlike many salespeople in the auto industry, the interaction was straight-forward and pleasant with no silly pressure tactics. I highly recommend that you ask for Dusti if you are in need of a Toyota (even if you don't see it on their lot - she will find it).
