Daniel Was great and made sure that we were taken care of and happy. The finance guy was also great (can't remember his name). Tina helped me when I came back in to show me how everything works on my car and was wonderful as well. Everyone was super nice and helpful and made us feel welcome.

We are from out of town, traveling with a camper. Cannon Nissan serviced our Nissan Titan truck ahead of the appointment time and honored our Nissan service agreement. The staff was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Ms Q was so patient understanding and kind. She made this experience the best that I have ever had. If I didn’t just purchased this one I would be ready to get another one just because her energy was so pure. I know she enjoys what she does because I felt like I had known her all my life. Customer service needs work.The atmosphere is not and the workers make the customers (well I felt as if I was looked down on).I was making a purchase and one of the workers seen me at the desk and wouldn’t come help me or tell the other worker I was there he kept talking to him as if I was there. A nice gentlemen walked up and cashed me out cause he seen me standing for so long. You can tell the place is very prejudice my money spends just like everybody else.

It was unexpectedly good. Everyone was very friendly. Jacquisha "Q" Sims is excellent at her job and kept us in the loop. When I decide to go back I will request her to make the deal. It was by far the best experience that I've had at a car dealership because of Jacquisha "Q" Sims.

In early December, we visited Cannon Nissan of Laurel, met Katlyn Davis, and had the BEST experience buying our son his first car! She was patient while we shopped around and quickly answered my MANY texts. We kept the car on their lot for a month and a half before surprising him on his birthday, and they made sure it was clean and ready for a Sunday morning pickup.
