An employee named Mark Jenkins was awesome! Extremely helpful and took his time helping me get exactly what I was looking for. Home Depot has always been a good store and I will continue to shop there.

Here lately I’ve been coming to Home Depot a lot for some projects I’m doing at home. Every time I come a great employee by the name of Katherine Alewine always helps me! Yesterday (8/11/23) I was met with two rude employees one which was a cashier by the name of Tanya (she had blue hair) and a manager by the name of Chris neither one of them were friendly AT ALL! Very rude!! Not to mention Tanya being rude to an older gentleman before she rung up my items. But Katherine saw me and my family upset by their rude acts and came and helped us where we needed to be helped. She’s very knowledgeable and very kind! I was later also helped by a very nice cashier at check out by the name of Dena! These two ladies are some of the best people I’ve came encounter with in a LONG time! They both turned my bad day into something good! If places of business had more people like Katherine it would be amazing!!! I will most definitely be coming back!! Hopefully I’ll meet more nice employees like these two!

Store is always clean with helpful staff. It's a smaller Home Depot than most, but their inventory will likely have what you're looking for.

Billy was a big help to us today when we came in looking for mounding for our building! He was very knowledgeable and kind! One of the best I’ve came across in a while!

It's Home Depot. You need it? They probably have it. Workers are always pleasant.

A small town store, so don't expect this store to stock everything you may need, but, it's a great place to find the essentials. Friendly staff, and knowledgeable!

Staff is helpful and friendly. I always find what I'm looking for, and of I can't find it, they will order it for you. Store is always clean and organized.

The gentleman that assisted me made me feel like I was the only person in the store and followed through until all the items I needed were picked out.

The man working in plumping was very quick to help us find exactly what we needed. He was smiling and seemed to enjoy helping customers.

I love Home Depot I just wish it was closer to where I live. There is always someone there to help and if they don't know how to help you they go get someone who can help you. They have so much to look at and everyone is nice and helpful. I find what I want and check out is always fast.

They where very professional and did my order as told. I will say that originally my order was with lowes because I had an account with them. Well no more, they messed up ,lost delivery date. It was a mess.i cancelled order and closing account. Thank you home depot.

Great store with a friendly and helpful staff. I spend way too much money here lol. This is a smaller/mini Home Depot, but it's got a great selection of tools. They closed the drive through portion of the lumber yard and that is kinda irritating, but other than that, I would definitely recommend.

I have used the Hartwell Home Depot for the seven years we have lived in Royston and they have always been great! Home D. just installed a new floor in our master bedroom and two large closets. We couldn't be happier, it looks great, everything about the flooring and install was perfect and they cleaned up all of the trash from the install and did it all in less than two hours! Thank You Home Depot.

They have improved their service to veterans and the checkout ladies were nice and friendly.
They don't always have what we need, but I guess that's about everywhere nowadays.
