AT&T Store

Michael was very friendly and helpful. His knowledge of the products was evident. He explained things so that I could understand. I never felt any pressure to deviate from what I wanted to purchase.

I had been a Verizon customer for 25+ years. I wanted a change in carriers. Mainly because several friends have gotten a better signal/service in the same area with AT&T than those of us in the same area with Verizon. I was fortunate to visit the Hartwell, GA AT&T store today and even more fortunate to have Kyle’s assistance. I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Kyle was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, in a very efficient manner. I decided immediately to switch to AT&T, and also wanted to get a new phone. Kyle made me feel very comfortable with all of this. I love my new phone, and really love that I will be saving almost $100 per month, from what I’ve been paying! He even got me a nice discount (for being a nurse); something I wouldn’t have even known about. Kyle is an asset to this store. I’ll plan to drive from Anderson to Hartwell again to visit this store in the future.

I went to at&t yesterday November 3rd, 2023 because I locked myself out of my phone. I did not remember my pin. They could not do much at the store but they did give me a number to Samsung to call for them to reset. I was little concern because I didnt know what the number would of done to get access to my phone but I trusted the fact that the number the guy gave will be the answer to open my phone. Thank you so much for your help yesterday!!

The staff is very knowledgeable.
Now, I will see how the coverage is compared to verizon.

Upgraded the college kid’s phone, the data transfer took longer than anticipated. Mike was kind enough to stay late to make sure everything worked properly. They were pretty busy and he was patient and attentive to everyone.

When my mother and I walked into the AT&T store, we were immediately greeted by one of the workers, named Rafael. He was very nice, and very patient with all of our questions and requests. He worked quickly, and we were able to set up a new phone in less than an hour. While he was working, he made sure to make small talk, and it made us feel more welcome. I definitely recommend this store! :)

Went to this store to inquire about switching phone plans. Jackie M met me as soon as I walked in and was very delightful. She didn’t rush and gave me 100% of her attention and answered all of my questions in detail. Enjoyed my experience with her!

I highly recommend this location! The service is great and the staff is super friendly. As a mom and nurse, saving money and time is super important to me! Nicole donated 200 face shields to my organization and helped me save hundreds of dollars on my purchase!!! The team in this store is awesome! I highly recommend visiting them if you’re in need of an upgrade or looking to save!

My visit at the Hartwell AT&T location was AMAZING. I was immediately greeted and helped by Josh. He really went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and was so patient. He was very knowledgeable and was a great help. 10/10 would recommend asking for Josh to anyone who's planning on going to this location!

When I walked in, I was the only customer. Kyle immediately stood up and came over to help us with my decision on a new phone. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and to the point which is exactly what I was looking for. Very satisfied with my store visit.

This is possibly the best AT&T store, and they have the greatest and most accommodating staff! The store manager herself went above and beyond for me and helped with all my Family’s needs. Highly recommend, we drive over an hour because the entire staff is amazing!

We had the experience to work alongside with Jackie B, at the Hartwell location. She is very helpful and understanding to our needs as At&t customers. She's very friendly, supportive in caring for the customers and pointing them in the right direction.

Nicole and staff were so helpful when I went in on Tuesday. My family and I are camping in Hartwell this week and my phone got damaged. I went in to upgrade and they took the time to get everything setup on my new phone and made sure that I had insurance on it! 5 stars,and again a special thumbs up to Nicole for being the BEST!

The most professional service and willingness to go above and beyond to assist in the purchase and implementation of a new account. Alexa was the best! I highly recommend this location if you need AT&T service.
