I had reached out to Switch Modern via their website and had Robyn assist me. Even though I mentioned that I was not looking to purchase until next year, Robyn answered all my questions and concerns regarding some sofas that I am interested in. Even if you live out of state, like I do, reach out to them because they have the best pricing on the products they carry.

The employees go with you on your journey through Switch Moderns multiple displays of textiles and designers individual styles to educate you and fulfill the vision for your home or office. Doug and Roy, the proprietors, provide individual attention to details and customer satisfaction. I’ll keep them in my Rolodex!

A modern furniture experience on a level with the High Museum! Sleek showroom that reminds you of a modern art museum with soaring ceilings and clean lines. The gorgeous furniture is beautifully showcased throughout with lighting selections that border on sculpture. The sales person I spoke with was both friendly and knowledgeable on the specifics of all the manufactures, specifications and construction. This was a very gratifying shopping experience, aesthetically peaceful and pleasing. Thanks for my new furniture Switch Modern!

Showroom of really beautiful high-design pieces, think art gallery or design museum. Lighting, furniture, kitchen/dining, outdoor, and more. If I won the lottery, I'd definitely shop here. Leadtime for most items is about 3 months to arrive. Fun to browse...design and art students will love it.

This is the best museum in town... that you've never heard of... because it is actually a showroom and store. Switch Modern is a collective housing several notable, award winning design brands... layout in such a fashion as to straddle the line between picturesque and museum-like. Those with deep pockets would be hard pressed to not find several items to kit out one's humble abode... as for the rest of us regular folk... this massive space, curated and maintained by a very friendly staff, is a treasure to stroll through... to admire the new designs, grab a few decor ideas and chat with the knowledgeable staff. But... in the Kartell/ Alessi section... you might be surprised at how affordable the random, stunningly beautiful home accents are.

It's a very modern store I enjoyed my visit and seeing new pieces and styles that I can use in my modern style decor I also found a couple of pieces in there that added a finishing touch to my decor and the sales representative was very helpful in my questions.

You won't find any knock offs here. Luxury modern furniture and huge offering of lighting by the best designers on earth. Italian kitchens and closets too.

This is an elegant and inviting warehouse, with beautiful high end custom furniture and attentive staff. A very fun place to visit and peruse. The ordering experience for custom furniture was easy and smooth. Our consultant was friendly and helpful.
My poor experience was with the delivery. Switch Modern held my furniture in storage for over a month prior to contacting us to let us know of its arrival, to schedule a delivery. I was then charged $300 for that month of storage (indeed the bill was how I discovered that they had stored it for so long). I was able to get that bill eliminated with a complaint call.
The recommended white glove delivery service was unable to deliver my couch into our home (due to the narrow hallways and size of the custom couch), and so abandoned the delivery. We were charged the full delivery fee (reduced to $430 only after above complaint call). Switch Modern and the delivery service were unable to provide a referral recommendation, and I was instructed by Switch Modern to “google” specialty movers. We were eventually successful with another company, at a cost of MANY extra hours of my time and a full second movers fee.
We are not yet out of the woods. One part of the delivered furniture is defective, but the manufacturer is closed for summer break for another month (according to Switch modern) so we can’t even ask a replacement part yet. A manufacturing issue, not the store’s fault, but still another frustration. It looks like I will have to re-weld it myself, which DIY-furniture-repair is not something you expect to have to do at the cost we paid.
On a positive note, the intact furniture is gorgeous and well constructed and comfortable, now that we have it.
Overall: Beautiful furniture in a cool setting, attentive sales, lackluster execution. Service does not match the price.
