Wonderful staff! Ladies were so kind and helpful as we were walking around the showroom. They helped us picking fabric/leather samples. We ended up ordering a leather couch from online and we have been enjoying it so much :-)

I own a dozen or more pieces of furniture from Room and Board bc their customer service is unmatched. If something is wrong, they make it right. Example: Years after I purchased a bed, the bed’s natural steel finish was damaged. Room and Board very quickly sent a repairman to my house and in less than a hour, the bed looked brand new again.

We used Room & Board to furnish our new screened porch. Jennifer on the Design Team was great to work with, as she provided valuable insight.

The final product looks great, and the furniture seems to be of high quality.

Great store with friendly staff. The parking situation is somewhat frustrating, but other than that, there isn’t anything to dislike. Furniture is definitely on the pricier side; however, the quality is superb.

We have purchased many items from this store. The quality is far above any other furniture store we have bought from and we love the beautiful designs. We also appreciate their return policy. Initially we bought a bedroom set in one color but decided we didn’t like it. The store’s philosophy is “we want you to love what you buy” so they had their staff pick up the furniture. We then found a cherry set we just adore. The staff at the store is knowledgeable and helpful—they do not seem to be commission staff and never push sales. It is just a great store!

Having just loved to Atlanta from LA, we have dealt with a lot of vendors and delivery people. Room & Board is A+ in quality and service. And their delivery program is top notch, as well. Phil and Justin were super pros and handled our furniture delivery perfectly. Highly recommended!

I love Room and board and their furnitures.

From the quality of their products to the customer services, I feel that they really care about their customers and the product quality. I have sofa, bed, and dining table and small other furnitures too, but plan to have many more when I need other kinds too. Because their customer service is unbeatable, i feel confident that they will take care of my furnitures when there’s an issue but it’s so hard to find any flaw anyway.

Their furnitures are beautiful and made to last. Can’t be happier.

I never actually bought anything from here, but I go here from time to time to look at all the things I can't afford. The furniture is outrageously expensive, but it's also obvious that it's extremely high quality and will probably last you a lifetime. If you have deep pockets, this is probably the right place to empty them. The staff are helpful and everything on display can be ordered in every fabric and color imaginable.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Room and Board, We bought a sofa, chairs, desk and entertainment center. We live out of the delivery area and had to make some special arrangements to get the pieces we ordered but Room and Board came through for us. Sales staff is friendly and courteous . Very friendly staff and great selection of modern and classic furniture. They have a lot of space and they fill it with a great selection and variety of styles and textures.

It's three levels, so you could easily make a day trip out of it.

Excellent customer service, original layouts, and beautiful pieces! The store has well-thought-out COVID restrictions, limiting number of guests and requiring hand sanitizer upon entry.

Room and Board anywhere is always full of beautiful, well designed furniture and more, but this location is housed in an equally beautiful historic building that really adds to the experience.
