Purchasing our new mattress was a wonderful experience. We worked with Miss Hannah. Delivery was on time as promised. The men who delivered were wonderful. Brought everything in, set up our platform base and mattress, cleaned up and took any trash. Wonderful buying experience. Highly recommend if you're shopping for a new mattress. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and our purchase.

Fabulous Customer Service and Great Quality!!! My husband and I purchased a new mattress and pillows from Mattress Overstock. Rhonda, the owner, was wonderful and so kind. And Hannah is precious- she spent time helping us select the perfect new mattress for our cabin. It was in stock and delivered within 2 hours of our purchase! The delivery guys moved the old mattress out and set up the new bed! They too were so nice and outgoing...

It has been a few years since I shopped for a new mattress. And even a few more years than that since I have shopped for a mattress in a brick & mortar store. A couple months ago I purchased a mattress online. While I was waiting for delivery (it takes FOREVER nowadays), I went to Mattress Overstocked in East Ellijay to see what they had. Actually, I was referred by a friend who could not say enough about them. I was impressed! First, they have a very nice selection of QUALITY mattresses. And Rhonda (Gary and Rhonda Barnes, owners) is the most friendly and knowledgeable mattress salesperson I have met. VERY upbeat. I found the perfect mattress at a better than perfect price and immediately canceled my web order and bought this one. I also bought a great adjustable base at a lower price than I could find ANYWHERE online. They were able to deliver within two days for a reasonable $35 fee. The delivery folks were polite, quick and set everything up for me. They even gave us a scented candle as a “gift to show our appreciation”! Some businesses still know how to earn repeat customers. I HIGHLY recommend Mattress Overstocked in East Ellijay! Gary and Rhonda will impress you!

Rhonda was the greatest, a true representative of southern charm and manners. We bought a fine mattress for a fair price, but when the delivery truck didn't show up on schedule she gave us a free upgrade ($200) from her stock so we could leave that night with a new mattress. Its clear their success comes from referrals as everyone who does business with them comes back. In fact, we were referred to them from our friends. If we ever moved I would travel across state lines to get a mattress from Rhonda and her husband because I know when I leave I have gotten a great deal and they will take care of any issues that arises. My wife and I purchased a Logan Paramount mattress and adjustable bed base and absolutely love it. We got an amazing deal! In addition, the delivery team they use are professional, kind, and absolutely respectful of your home and seem to truly enjoy their job. I never thought I would enjoy buying a mattress but we are truly customers for life.

We had recently Purchased a cabin in Ellijay and went to Mattress Overstock based on the previous recommendation and reviews. The buying experience was great, no pressure. We had arrange for a future delivery for the day we arrived from Florida, they arrived exactly on time. On a return visit to the cabin a few weeks later I discovered a minor issue with the box spring, that same day, within 2 hours they were at my door with a replacement, wow. The owners know outstanding customer service.

We had the opportunity this past weekend to shop and buy at Mattress Overstocked. Rhonda greeted us in the store and took lots of time (45 minutes) walking us through all the options and price points. In the end, we felt we found a good balance of quality and value. There was never any pressure and the owners are very transparent about helping you find the right mattress and letting you get comfortable with your decision. We were able to get same day delivery (20 miles away) and they were super professional in their set up and removal at the house. I highly recommend giving these folks a try.

I went in expecting to have to wait a month or more like every other company. What I got was it for more beautiful and surprising experience! It was an absolute pleasure to meet these people. Customer service second to none. Help me find exactly what I needed and I was on my way. I do plan on coming back here to finish furnishing my cabin and any needs I may have in the future. I would recommend this business to anyone.
