Great experience. Stylist came on her day off to style my hair. I went for the exotic twists that also includes a hydration treatment. Great style that last a while.

Princess was AMAZING! I was warmly greeted and escorted to the shampoo bowl, where we discussed my expectations for my hair. She was honest with my about potential style outcomes, chemical services, etc. We decided on a style. The shampoo was relaxing, thorough and scalp massage all that! I am truly impressed by her skills and knowledge. I am glad I found this salon and definitely will return for ALL my cosmetology needs!

I've been coming here for years. The salon is always clean & a great atmosphere. Princess Asua is absolutely amazing!! She makes you feel like a queen & listens to your needs. She always makes great suggestions based on my features & personality whenever I have no idea of the style I want. I am a fan of her work & I will continue to frequent this establishment. My experience was great and the service is amazing. It makes a difference when you can trust the hands that are in your hair. Although it was Princess' Birthday, she was on point. My daughter and I are natural and our hair looked and felt amazing.

I like the fact that they use professional products that you can't find in the beauty supply. Its obvious those girls are hustlers and they look like they know their hustle. The Owner calls herself PRINCESS. is that her real name? Very professional, addressed me as SIR and blew my mind with her professionalism and effortless grace. Keep it up girls, not bad at all

Terrible experience here. Its no wonder this place was completely unoccupied. The pictures used on Goggle are (years) VERY old not current at all. Me and my son went in to inquire today about hair services. The lady told him "This is a beauty parlor which means women only" Maybe in your country lady or culture but not in the United States and I would suggest that she go look up the definition of beauty parlor or come up with a better line. Very unprofessional and discriminatory!

I booked an appointment online with this salon to get my hair cut and colored for my 39th Birthday..I also paid a deposit for both services just to pull up to the location at 1pm today and to my suprise the salon was NOT open at all..Windows were boarded up and it looked like a construction site..I called the nbr on a banner in the front just to be told we've been out of business since January and they weren't aware of a scheduled appt for today and they will just have to refund my deposit when they get a chance as she was currently "busy"..What kind of person does not disclose that you aren't in business on your business website not to mention why are ppl even able to book an appt at all?! I am disgusted by this totally preventable oversight..I definitely have no interest in doing future business with a place that handles their business this way..The lady apologized and seemed genuine but that isn't good enough...Shut your got dam website down or at least post you aren't open for business..You lost a potential customer because of horrible business management skills 😡😠
