Julian was most helpful. He did much more than just letting us lie on different mattresses. Julian accompanied each mattress with the cold facts about the mattress and how it probably would or not match our objectives. Whole experience was prompt and productive. Thank you Mattress Firm.

We had the most excellent experience at our local Mattress Firm. Julian was the sales person and he did a great job by giving us a great deal of information without the typical salesman-like chatter. He made sure we were knowledgeable and comfortable with our choice of mattresses. Best point is that he did not try to get us to buy more than we wanted or needed.

We were in the market for a new mattress. We had some very specific issues because of a back issue that my wife has. Julian was great! He asked specific questions relating to the injury, our needs, etc and showed us a few models. He answered all our questions, and was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This was the Sunday before the Labor Day holiday and delivery came on Tuesday. That process was easy as well. They set it up quickly and took the old stuff away and the whole process was about 15 minutes.
