I’m from Michigan I’ve stopped at the rest stop last night. I accidentally left the lights on somebody jump my car after I bought jumpers and then I called AutoZone and I got Miss Lenora LENLEONORALVAREZ the store manager. Let me tell you some you couldn’t have anybody more efficient excellence. She was awesome. I drove over here. She knew. She answered all my questions before I even got here and I got over here. She came out with Mike with her tester and my battery test great and this lady is just incredible. Just incredible don’t ever lose her.

We have been in here 4 times and they are very friendly and helpful. Helped put battery in and put our windshield wipers on. Also told us about discounts and freebies.

Went to pickup a part i ordered online. While i was there the manager helped me find another part i had been looking for but couldn't find. Saved me a lot of time and trouble. Thank you!!!

I love this place! Everyone there is always super helpful and patient, even when they are busy. I always appreciate how they are never condescending when I have questions and take the time to answer me fully.
I have been going for a couple of years now for parts and have enjoyed every visit, never had a bad experience.

Today I went to the Auto Zone in Jackson, Ga. to purchase a battery for my 96 Lincoln.
The service there was excellent. The task was not an easy one. He had to use several tools to install new battery
because some parts had rusted on old battery. He was diligent until it was in place and working properly.
He was very polite,efficient and professional. I think he was a manager. But if he was not he conducted himself like one.
Thank you to that staff member that assisted me today. Keep up the good work.

My car's air suspension was not working. I picked up two 30 amp fuses to replace the one I found to that had blown. One for now and one for backup.

The best customer service in that town. I was stranded from home 3 1/2 hours away and they help me figure out what my problem with my car was and then how to help me the best way they possibly could.

This particular location has won me over on the customer service alone. I appreciate the positive attitudes here.

I gave 5 stars for the Commercial Manager Mike. I walked in and he was the only person who greeted me, I thought he was the only person working. There were three other employees who were ladies, walked up five minutes after I had walked in and did not offer to help me or even acknowledge my existence. He was on the phone with his customers as he told me when he hung up and apologized for me having to wait. Im actually shocked that the ladies completely ignored me and didn't offer to help me even though he was on the phone. I don't understand how this establishment runs on one employee? Even though there are multiple working. Another customer walked in behind me and they were waiting behind me as well. The three ladies didn't acknowledge them either, and walked into the back, while Mike was getting calls left and right. He was very acknowledgeable and got me the part I needed. If he is the only person willing to work I think he needs a raise!! And for those ladies they should probably get some training and stop gossiping in the back.

Customer service and upkeep on store is awesome. Store manager goes out of her way to be of service for anyone, at anytime! Even if you need to order the part you leave there happy you stopped by. I'll definitely be back!

The most amazing & kind people I have ever encountered. We were driving to FL for a family vacation and were hours away from home when our van broke down (the alternator went out) at 9:30pm on a Friday.. Not only did they stay open late for us to inch our way there, Dustin Adams stayed for the next hour to help my husband put in the new alternator and made sure that we were ok and safe. I'm tearing up just thinking about him and Jodi.. words can't express our sincere gratitude, and they truly did save us that night.. thank you for hiring such amazing people as employees.. we are now forever AutoZone customers for life and will share our experience with anyone who listens and encourage them to only go to AutoZone. THANK YOU!!!

There is a lady who works at the Auto Zone. I asked her name . Not sure I remembered it right. I think it was Kristen. She went out of her way to rectify a situation and help my husband and I with a battery issue that we had. I appreciated the fact that she went the extra mile.

Staff was super helpful and went above and beyond helping with my car!!!!! Can't thank them enough!! I will definitely be back in the future.
