This place is the truth. I have been looking for a living room set for quite some time. The Rooms to go and Ashley furniture stores are not for me. This place has a wide selection of quality furniture that is built to last. The staff and the service was second to none. I can't say enough about the store, it's products, and especially the service. The entire staff was helpful, but I have to say something special about MS Amber Williams. She was the perfect sales person for me. She was kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. She knew what she was doing and she was never high pressure. The next time I need furniture, I will be going back.

I purchased a dining room table and he worked with his manager so that I could receive a discount. I was most appreciative. The process took less than 20 minutes. Vito Garrett was a pleasure to do business with. He was friendly and patient with us since I was undecided and looking for the right furniture. We never felt rushed and he made sure to be available for any questions. We returned a few times and and he was always pleasant and extremely helpful. Vitro was very personable, and patient. I was in the store for about 30 minutes. I looked at several pieces before I finally made my final decision. He is not pushy sales agent. I would recommend him for your furniture needs.

Mr Vito was the quintessential customer service rep. We were purchasing elsewhere, went to American Signature on the way. Mr Vito was so informative and professional without being pushy. Mr Vito convinced my husband and I to not only purchase but he actually got us to up sale and we loved it.

We came into the store on Saturday and were helped by Vito. We had been furniture shopping for several weeks now since moving to Atlanta and were both feeling fairly burnt out on the experience. HOWEVER, Vito helped make this purchase so smooth and simple. He introduced himself and pointed us in the right direction in the store but didn't hover (unlike in other stores; I cannot stand it when salespeople basically stalk you throughout the store trying to make a sale). He was easily accessible when we found the couch we liked, answered all of our questions, walked us through what to expect with the delivery and sent us on our way. The delivery itself went according to plan and seamless. My only complaint would be all the third party company phone calls I received confirming the delivery date lol I received 2 calls a day for 3 days asking me to reiterate my address, phone number and confirming the timeframe for delivery. I understand why they would want to be certain the delivery goes well... but it felt like overkill. Our delivery team was wonderful as well (Charles & Sean). Overall, it was a great experience! I will highly recommend this company in the future.

Keyla was super patient and knowledgeable. I had a million and one questions and she answered them all with a welcoming and professional attitude. Even though she was in pain with a headache she still made sure my needs were met. Thank you for excellent customer service!!!!!

The American Signature delivery team Travis and Joshua were the best! They were very patient and accomodating as I repositioned my sectional multiple times and they still kept a smile on their face! I could not have asked for a better experience!

Taiwana is an absolute angel and a miracle worker!! She took an awful situation and made so much magic to make it better. She took the time to meet me where I was at, and showed such a rare level of empathy when I was heartbroken over a delay in delivery. She truly cares about her customers and about making sure the furnishing you get are exactly what you want and need for your home to be your safe place to crash at the end of crazy days. We are so thankful for her and for how much she truly went above and beyond. She’s a treasure and we cherish her positive impact in our life.

I absolutely love their home accents. They are the best bar none. I also love the Mt. Zion store, I receive the best customer service from Lulu and Casey whenever I visit. I'm obsessed with them. Only met Justin today and I am adding him to my favorites. Take a look at these accents and be prepared to be Wowed!!!

Magan McCullough and Amber Williams were fantastic. They were very patient, informative and had great hospitality. Even though I wasn’t ready to buy today, they locked me in on the current sale so I wouldn’t miss it. Research my old warranty plans and showed me where I had available warranty money. Just very helpful and great staff. 10/10
