I came up to the parking lot and knew from the humble exterior that I was in for a delicious treat. Beside the smiles of the attendants, was the smell of memories of a better time; the best way to be greeted! Like walking into my grandmother's kitchen. The smell of years of love mixed with seasoning, laughter and hard work. The chefs are clearly happy to be cooking and it shows in their attitude and in the food. THE FOOOOOOOD!!!! I got the grilled chicken omelet, and the chicken bore the distinct taste of a well seasoned indoor grill! You cannot get this flavor in a new kitchen. The prices are so modest in comparison to the quality, that you leave feeling like you've gotten away with it. It is obvious they ensure the place is clean and everyone has a pleasant dining experience with shining floors and spotless tables and even signs posted imploring the patrons to forego blowing their noses at the table! I AM SO IMPRESSED!!! I could go on and on but I'll let you decide for yourself. Even if you're not in the area, drive over here! 🤣 Try Demitris before you try anything else in the area. 💪🏿

As a visitor from Ohio, I can see why Dimitri's is such a favorite of the locals. Generous portions, well-prepared, prompt service and reasonably priced. Did I mention how very clean the restaurant and restroom are? They are.

I had scramble eggs with cheese, turkey bacon, cheese grits, and pancakes.

Local "mom and pop" type restaurant that I enjoyed. It had my namesake so I had to try it out! It feels very homely inside and they have a "regular" crowd and following. I heard customers being called by their names and their orders already being known. I sat in the corner and observed and I felt at ease. The food came out hot and plentiful. The biscuit was soft and melted in my mouth. It definitely tasted homemade. I did add salt and pepper to my omelet and that's OK; I get it. The grits were hot and were not stiff or too runny. I think I added a little salt and that was perfectly fine too. I'd definitely go back. There's not a lot of seating so be prepared to do take-out.

We come here for breakfast or lunch about once a week since we discovered the place about 10 years ago. The food is always freshly made and made with love.

This was my first time there and I love it, we had breakfast and lunch and both were delicious. Our server Tammy was excellent and everyone else was very friendly. I am definitely coming back to try more dishes

The food was so good, I just left this place and wrote this immediately. I’ve struggled to find food made from the heart n soul in atlanta and this food felt like a mothers love.

No long wait. Clean atmosphere. Food was hot and fresh. Staff were friendly. I’m going back again.

This hidden gem was a hit. I had the ham, eggs and grits with a biscuit. Reminded me of my grandmother's cooking. Very friendly staff and the food was DELICIOUS. I know I will be back soon.

I love coming here once a week for breakfast. I order the same thing every time, so as soon as the waitress sees me, she brings me a sweet Tea and confirm I want my usual (grits, eggs, turkey bacon, no bread). Everyone here provides great service. It's not expensive so i usually give a 40-50% tip for the great service.

Sweet little diner located on Covington Hwy. Always has a full parking lot. Pretty good food and super service. Great coffee!

Glad to have accidentally found this unassuming yet clearly locally-loved spot. Clean, casual dining space with attentive and kind staff. Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast sandwich with the fluffiest biscuit and perfect eggs. Everything my family ordered was well-prepared and delicious, and we are looking forward to visiting again.

Cheap place for a wonderful breakfast. Servings plentiful and good comfort food. Service really wonderful, attentive waitress. If you are in the area looking for breakfast and not looking for a fancy place, this fits the bill! Very clean place.

I had fried flounder and my daughter had a veggie omelette. Both were tasty and the portions incredible! The service was awesome and it was a friendly environment while I waited for my order. Please stop by this local mom and pop restaurant open until 2 p.m.

Very cozy spot great southern breakfast food. I had a veggie omelette with grits and my date had chicken and cheese omelette with a chicken biscuit, grits. Their server was very attentive with a great attitude. Loved my experience will definitely visit again. Would also recommend to anyone I talk to
