Close to home. My home away from home. The owner is so welcome. It's the perfect place to get protein shakes. On Saturdays, they got protein donuts. Get them while the last. Highly recommend for an energy tea on a deadline. 📝

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very warm/inviting with relaxed vibes. I ordered the churro drink and half a dozen protein donuts. If I had known how delicious everything would taste I would have ordered more. Everything was reasonably priced. I'll be back here again. 👍

This place is wonderful. The atmosphere is simple but nice, their shakes are great, and the people working there are some of the friendliest I've ever met. Will definitely be returning if I ever get the chance to.

Cozy spot that features Herbal Life.
So far I've tried the Mega Tea twice and then the Blue Hawaiian tea...Freshly made to order and the flavors are wonderful.
Nice selection of smoothies and teas and coffies packed with NUTRITIOUS goodies...all for your preference and needs...such as detoxification, hydration, natural energy, appetite and hunger control, and etc.
The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY and caters to what you need. Selection of music is nice and gets you ready for the day.
A MUST GO TO.
I'm going twice a week but I'm finding myself craving for the nutritional and healthy benefits more and more...

I went for lunch and got the St. Patty's Loaded Tea and White Peanut Butter Cup Shake. Jo was so sweet and helpful. The drinks are fantastic. I will be back!

WONDERFUL customer service! I was greeted immediately upon entry with very upbeat energy and a friendly smile. It smelled amazing as soon as I walked in, and I was told it was the protein waffles. I'll definitely be back for one of those! I ended up getting the georgia peach tea, which was yum, and I also got a cute little gift bag ☺

I love this nutrition shop!! 10/10 the customer service is top tier, the atmosphere here it very welcoming and don't get me started on the smoothies and freshening teas! It's hard to pick a favorite but Jo is great, she will help you feel energized for a good workout or relaxed to sip and chill. Oh and protein donuts on Saturdays only!

My place to go to have my tea and my shake. Superb location to get your healthy shake, for all your fitness people of just for your health. You can get health assessment and different programs for your needs. Super friendly and attentive staff. You will leave with a smile and very energized after visiting this location. And on Saturday they make healthy waffles, try them, their are awesome!
