Okay first I would like to say thank you to Wally and Timothy you guys made it a better experience also Johnathon from finance did his thing to make my wife happy and that’s what it’s all about to be honest her story didn’t start very well our rav4 broke down and we were told by service that it would cost us 1600 dollars to fix when I was told that the problem was the fuel line I immediately stopped him and told him that a month or so before the incident we had you guys do a complete fuel injection cleaning so could this be a result of something gone wrong from that procedure he said absolutely not so I said warranty issue he said no not covered I told him we hardly ever use car but he insisted that there’s nothing they can do unless we pay so my wife chose to trade it in then she sits with a so called Lucas I believe his name was and she get a 2024 premium hybrid rav4 from him after all said and done they had already sold that car wtf so now we had to wait 2 weeks for one to come in and they gave me a loaner only to call me next day to say bring it in we sold that one at this point my wife who by the way is very patient was losing her cool so we were leaving the dealer with third loaner and happened to see a rav4 that looked liked we wanted and it had just arrived and thanks to Johnathon Wally and Timothy they made it happen so if you want someone to treat you like a human treat you with respect ask for them you will see for yourself god bless 🙏🏼 and thanks guys

Best service ever I just finished buying my wife a brand new car Toyota Corolla I dealt with Max he's the manager that handles sales on the internet. Yes sign to me one of the best salesman on the Florida I was out of the dealership in 6 hours outstanding time.

This is one of the nicest and best dealerships you ever want to visit. They are very customer friendly. I've never been to a dealership and have such pristine help where you sit down at a table in the lobby of the showroom and they offer you something to drink. Sometimes, they have popcorn too. The day we went we spoke with Karina. If I can recommend anyone to help you and give you the best customer service, Karina is the one. She definitely goes above and beyond her call of duty. I hit a deer and Dale Seeramsingh and his collision team worked hard to get my car back to me before my upcoming knee surgery. He always got back to me with answers to my questions, kept me informed of progress, dealt with Enterprise car rental at the beginning and end, and got my 20K servicing done. He was awesome!

Service Advisor, Adam Manroel is phenomenal! I’ve known him for quite some time and appreciate the time he spends with me to go over what is needed, the cost, and the time necessary to complete the work. I always know where I stand when I deal with Adam. What an asset to your company

Hector Ubiera is fast and efficient. Knows his work and well spoken. Knows how to treat his customers definitely will recommend Miracle Toyota .

Both service and work were excellent. My Service Advisor was Kabil and he took care of everything. He took care of doing a fine detailed inspection of my car and came back with pictures and recommendations. I haven't seen a service like this anywhere. I will go back to finish up what he recommended and continue servicing my car at Miracle.

We had a great experience at Miracle Toyota on Friday. We only had an appointment for an oil change but a number of things were discovered during the inspection. Our service agent Wilson discussed them with us and throughly explained what each item was, and gave us the total cost. We agreed to have the additional work done. Wilson came back a number of times during a 5 1/2 hour visit. We were extremely impressed with the integrity of everyone. Additional problems occurred. The additional work was not cleared by us. But the work was being done. We were nervous as to the increased cost. When we finally checked out at 2:45 pm (we arrived st 8.30am), our bill was the same as the initially presented estimate. We questioned Wilson. He said that because the work was begun without approval there were no additional charges. WOW!! It is seldom that you find a company with integrity and honesty any more especially when there is an expense to them. We can't recommend Miracle Toyota of Haines City high enough! Thank you.

I was greeted immediately and service tech went over all the details of my car. Set me up for the work that needed to be done. My only feedback is it seem to take a while.
But other than that everything is great

Less than a week after purchasing my 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross hybrid. I had just gassed Up to take my daughter out for her birthday dinner. Pulling out of the gas station. I ran over a nail. The car alerted me. I immediately contacted miracle Toyota. It was after 5 PM and they told me to bring it right down. Thankfully I had also, purchased the tire hazard with my new car. They replaced my tire and had me out the door less than 40 minutes! I paid zero dollars. I actually told my husband that when it’s time to trade his car, we will definitely be going back to miracle Toyota! I traded my Ford for my first Toyota and I’m pretty sure I’m never going back to a Ford. or anything other than a Toyota! Love, my car, love the service I received!

The entire experience at Miracle was so easy, informative and helpful! First the process for making an appointment online was actually slick and they had appointments available quite quickly which was nice! But then when I arrived, I was so lucky to have Caleb help me! He walked me through all of the things I needed to do to support my car. He didn’t push but made sure that I understood what needed done, why and the time sensitivity of it all to help me plan. I felt so confident with his support and will be going back for all service there because I know Caleb will take care of me!

Service was amazing. Eris Rosario went above and beyond to make my wait as comfortable as possible. I only had two concerns, you need to get him a new chair ASAP, and get the popcorn machine working it's too dangerous to walk for food. But chairs first. Thank you in advance

I was greeted by Kam Harris at Miracle Toyota and he made my experience a 10 out of 10! That's me with Kam and my 2024 Rav 4. I was also lucky enough to win a raffle for a laptop. It was a good day.
