This is not a drill…believe the hype!!! I’ve been working with Jose for about a year now and I must say that it has been by far the best experience from a lease to own retailer. He definitely has the best deals in town and will do everything in his power to get you towards ownership. He’s open, honest, upfront, courteous, and he will give you the shirt off his back to help you out. He has definitely went above and beyond to establish great relationships with his customers, and I don’t even feel like a customer…I legit feel like family. Thanks Jose for everything!!! I’m beyond happy, my family is happy, and we always enjoy working with you!!! 💯

I've been a customer for 2 years and I love the experience I've had with this company. Customer service and furniture quality and pricing deserves a 5 star. All the staff are very nice and professional. Jose and Kareem are my favorite. I love both of their personalities and they were both so helpful and knowledgeable about their services and seem to really care about their customer's needs. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I purchased some theater seating for my new home theater and the furniture was amazing, even better in person! Kareem and Amber helped me in the beginning and were extremely friendly and helpful.

Then Jose jumped in to help and get the furniture delivered since they were off that day and he was next level. Extremely positive attitude, which they all had from beginning to end! He also was on point with his customer service level, again taking it to the extreme!

We had a small issue with the delivery and he immediately apologized profusely and within minutes, left the store in Clearwater and drove out to St. Pete to address the issue and it wasn’t necessary for him to drop everything at that moment to go fix it but, that was his default solution “Make the customer happy” and he did because I immediately wasn’t concerned about the issue anymore because of his professionalism and willingness to give it 100% to make sure I had a good experience!

Honestly, no one does that anymore. Customer service has taken a dump in the last several years in most companies but, not at this company and definitely not with this team!! I will happily conduct business with them repeatedly and recommend everyone else does as well.

The entire process was made easy by Kareem and Amber and then Jose picked the ball up and ran it all the way to the goal line to win the game!!

I’ll tell you what, not everything in life, business, sales, etc. goes perfect but, when there are issues, it’s great to know that some companies and people still go out of their way to immediately find a solution, in order to make the customer happy!

The Customer service is Amazing!! The Staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although I have received excellent service from the crew. I HAVE to single out Jose. I have purchased SEVERAL ITEMS from Great Rooms. Furniture, Television etc. I searched for Months looking and was unable to find a ps5 Jose found me one! a Great job guys! Keep up the great work. I just want to say that I had the best experience. If I could give a 10 star review I would. I moved from a whole nother state an Jose was so accommodating an patient with me , I got me a whole 6 piece bedroom set,an desk an chair an a full wall entertainment center which is absolutely beautiful!.Delivery was awesome ! It was fast an efficient.Jose even took the time to make the first Delivery to insure everything went well which was very appreciated. Everything is beautiful matched very well with my new floors. I wont go anywhere else for anything but here an I highly recommend them. Great service,awesome an fast delivery,you cant asked for anything more.
