Great selection of new and used books! I got 3 books myself, an excellent used copy of Reliquary by Preston and Child being one of them. My wife found a really cool General Knowledge games and we got some Mad libs for our daughter. A little bit of everything for everyone!
They had copies of Iron Flame too! So that was cool!
Also, great pricing on used books!

Absolutely love this book store! From new books to old childhood favorites I always walk out with great finds. Love the honey reading nooks up front, Complete with nice plants and a cuddley kitty. ❤

This bookstore is always the best part of coming to downtown besides the food, i would come over to enjoy a book or two and spend some time talking to the owner. Shes pretty funny and knows a lot about books.

Theres lots of selections of books for anyone to enjoy.

The noise volume is depending on how loud unmindful people are coming into the store.

This store is such a hidden gem, the owner is extremely kind and funny, dont miss a chance to say hi if you catch her! The store itself is clean and kept up real nice. The prices are extremely reasonable for a bookstore in downtown, which is a plus.

Its a wonderful bookstore, with tons of options. They even have comics in the back which I haven't seen a lot in used book shops. Very cozy home type of vibe inside, and everyone is incredibly friendly. Will be stopping by to get a few more reads when I'm in town.

Barrel of Books and Games just moved from a smaller building to a much larger one, which really shows off their collections in an elegant and family-friendly atmosphere. There are nooks and crannies with chairs just inviting you to take a seat and check out a book. For the pop culture fans, they do have a small manga section with a good selection and Pop Figures lining the same area. Even cooler, they have a room all the way in the back where they sell different comic books and they’re organized accordingly. The space is well designed and the staff are very accommodating. They will find what you’re looking for! Good place to spend an hour on a browse with a coffee.

One of my favorite places to go and get books . The owner is The Sweetest and is super knowledgeable. Prices are more the reasonable. And it’s a comfortable spot to hang out . The shop Cat Page is a sweet baby . I will continue to

What a hidden gen in Mount Dora. I almost missed this simple looking store while touring the town. I love books and when I stepped into this quaint shop, I was pleasantly surprised. I saw crazy books I had never seen before and old classics that brought back memories of the good old days of reading books a s child. The selection is nice and they even have some cute toys and not very common games to get. Overall, it was a very nice place to visit.

One of my favorite book stores I've ever been to. It's quaintly placed in downtown Mt. Dora, which already sets the mood and then the interior of the store makes you feel as if you were transported to a classic Hallmark Movie. You can find games that you would not normally find and now they have merged together with the comic book store, which lets you hunt for amazing finds! A must see and support them with buying a book or two.

This amazing bookstore holds so much magic ! Definitly a place you want to visit if you are a book lover like myself. They have new and used books of classics and bookstagram. They also have such a great selelction of authors. Definitly recommend!

Great variety of old and new. Good knowledge of owner and quick to serve and help and great old style. Wonderful breadth of items- comfortable to browse and ponder on which gem to read or play.

I can't even start with this place! Loved it, will go again, spent some money but I was so happy leaving with both hands full. The people were beyoud great, I live in Jacksonville and this is a destination.. keep up the great work! Stop ban on books and travel with books!

Nice collection of genres, especially for young kids and young adults. Was pleased to see a great comic collection. When I went it was 50% off used books and 25% off new.

An adorable little bookstore run by a sweet woman! So thankful she decided to bring in one of my favorite authors for a book signing. It’s what inspired a weekend getaway to this cute town! Thanks Chrissy and good luck in November!

Oh! And the best bits? The comics in the back!! Be sure to go to the back because if I hadn't overheard the worker telling someone else about the comics in the back I wouldn't have known. And it's well worth your visit. Lots of back issues!
There is even a rare books section that's fun to look thru.
