Raine Tire & Auto

I found a nail in my tire today and immediately went down to Raine tire.
I spoke to Brett and, even though they were very busy, he took the time to look at my tire, assign a technician, determine it could be plugged and actually fixed my tire and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes!
This is the definition of customer service from a local business and I just want to recognize Brett and his entire crew for their efforts and professionalism!!

I went to Raine Tire and Auto because I needed tires. All I can say is that this place is amazing and so caring and helpful. Being a woman and having them treat me with so much respect and consideration was absolutely the best. I have been to places that have been horrible. I went to them for tires but to find out I needed much more. Two weeks before going to them I went and got an oil change and I asked if I needed any other work, I was told no. I like to keep my maintenance up to date because I drive a cadillac escalade esv platinum. When I went to Raine Tire and Auto, I found out I needed brakes and rotors. They made sure to take me outside to show me that my brakes and rotors were not safe and metal to metal. That's something that can be appreciated because at least that lets me know they aren't trying to pull one over on me. Plus come to find out that when I had my oil changed done at the other place they didn't top of the fluids off nor let me know I was overdue for a tune up. They told me what was going on and what I needed and what I could wait on. They explained everything fully and kept me up to date with everything they were doing. Since it was quite a bit of work to be done I left my vehicle there and I called and bugged them many times. They were always kind and patience and answered all my questions. They did such a fantastic job. They kept my vehicle clean inside and out. Being a woman and a mom of three I would recommende them to whoever needs service. They have great prices and is a shop who treats you like you are family. I will continue going back to them for all my needs.

I've been coming to this autoshop for all my repairs and maintenance and have always been 100% satisfied. Never have I felt taken advantage of. I'm always advised of the issues found and is given an estimate. I do trust them that is why I continue to return.

This week I took my car to Raine Tire & Auto with a noise in the A/C . They checked my car, told me the problem, gave me an estimate and I told them to fix my car. It was done quickly without any other issues. I always come to Raine Tire & Auto for all my repairs. They are professional and I know that as a woman, I can always trust them with my car.

These folks are Great! They looked for the reason of a slow leak and determined the cause was a nail. (Not visible with a physical examination)

The tire was repaired and they quickly got is back on the road.

While there, I ordered a set of tires for another vehicle. They were able to custom order exactly what I wanted and have them ready to install in less than a week. And a a very competitive price.

I had a tire with a bunggie cord s hook get stuck in it I from out of state call Monday morning to see if they could patch it from the inside. Came into Raine today with no appointment, but had oil pan leak caused by damage done during oil change at another place. Brett and his crew were extremely accomodating to get me in and done in same day. They were able to do what other places thought would be too difficult or too expensive. I AM COMPLETELY AMAZED AND THANKFUL. I WILL ENCOURAGE ANYONE I MEET TO PATRONIZE THIS GREAT SHOP.

Great customer service and very affordable pricing. I’ve been here for new tires and to have a headlight replaced now and then. They have a waiting area which they did not my toddler bouncing around in, while we waited for our services.

These are your guys!! I stopped in to get a low tire checked out. Come to find out I had a nail in the tire. They had the keys back to me before I could finish my story. Super cool guys, excellent customer service, and would recommend stopping in to see for yourself.

Edit, just took my wifes car there and same perfect service, ordered in the exact tired I wanted, beat the competitors price, and had them installed in under 30min.

I like the fact that their shop is clean, might seem weird but I dont like a nasty shop.

This place is awesome!! We had a tire going flat and we stopped in. They took us right in and fixed it right away. Totally would recommend this place.
