The care & professionalism these team members with the therapy sessions, alongside with the Dr doing with the adjustments have been very beneficial for both me & my son after getting side swiped & thrown off the road, into a ditch during the car accident. I truly appreciate the whole staff. I have not had any bad encounters with anyone, from the friendly, front desk staff, to the evaluators, to the therapy coordinators, to the Dr‘s adjustment. thank you everyone for being so patient & caring twds me. this has been my experienc. This place went from being a place I didn't want to go, to a place I didn't want to leave. That's because of the staff that was able to treat my injuries, while making me feel like a part of a family in the process. Each member along the way had an individual trait that made them stand out, yet they all were a cohesive team.

I was reluctant and hesitant at first because a “car accident” place? Sounded like a scam or place for ambulance chasers. From the moment I got there, I was wrong. First, the doctors and physician assistants are thorough and patient. A lot of the imaging you need is in house. Second, the physical therapist take their time with you. They listen to your concerns, take time to get to know you, and closely track your progress. Finally, the adjustments (especially with Dr. Bloom in eustis) are life changing.

I would recommend Complete Care to anyone of my friends or anyone looking for help after a car accident.

The therapists were all very patient-focused, and I felt my care was important. I just wish that coordination of care would have included awareness of other preexisting conditions that impacted my treatment at times.

The team here is amazing. They are always in a good mood and have great empathy. Great people who work heard and really care to help you. Dealing with people who are in pain all day has to be challenging but you would never know it. This team cares!
