My Great aunt lives this place! She says its lively enough for her to feel free and not like she's in a nursing home. She really feels comfortable and at home here! She told me the manager Litza is a sweetheart and has helped her so much find her home!! Thank you Litza for helping my aunt and helping her feel at home your other residents must love you!!

I have to leave a review here too since the two communities are so close. My grandparents loved this one almost just as much as the other but they enjoy being closer to the pool :) they are not ones to drive too much but nonetheless an amazing park!

I love hibiscus! I been here several years and in all my years of being here I have never seen a more dedicated Manager Litza is amazing and you can tell she loves her job. I have seen a huge change just in 5 months of her being here. She is a blessing really, she always care for her people before herself like WOW

Hibiscus Mobile home Park is a Great place to call home! Our manager Liza and her team help to keep us feeling safe and comfortable . Our neighbors are like family and we all look out for each other as well.

my wife and i bought our home in february ,and what i read on these reviews are appaulling ,so let me put in my two cents weather you care or don t ,the management that is here is top shelf,maybe instead of complaining,why not trying to help out, sure its old , and run down , but its our home we are proud to call this , our home . and proud to have my family visit. this is not hospice this our community,at least mine.and just remember this community is the way it is because management before present, didn t give two spits about you or anyone but themselves, as far as i am concerned the present management gives 120 percent. and you can print that.

I Have been a Resident of Hibiscus Mobile Home Community, I am very unhappy to read previous comment.. Disgruntled previous Tenants are only trying to devalue our community when our Managment.. I.E ., Donna Murphy who has always gone above and beyond along with our Community owner.. I as I'm sure other Members of our community have always been grateful that the above mentioned have made sure we can reside in a place we all call home, knowing we are safe knowing the standards are upheld..
That being said , I hope future Tenants see my review and rest assured what a pleasure it is living here..

Very quiet with great amenities, laundry room, showers and bathrooms, club house, shuffle board, air compressure, lawn service and trash pickup included in lot rent Maintenance even hauled off my broken washer for free

Yes it is a great place to live but there's only one thing wrong everyone lies a tells story and it's not right for one sex offender to live here by the Daniel Drake to stay and the evict one person that minds own buiness and doesn't talk to anyone plus they need a new Manger and also I know who posted my picture on the mailboxes and she lives on 75 Hibiscus ave and she's the one I will sue and Donna Murphy and whoever owns the park will be sued for SLANDERING ME SO NOW WHAT BACK STABBERS

The lady that helping me get into a renter was very nice and very helpful she's trying very hard for me I thank God for people like her

Very quiet place

My parents and uncle live in this community and it's quiet and beautiful. I love it here.

It is now Barnwood Country Kitchen and Smokehouse. Excellent service and food!!!!
