The lady who answered the phone was very professional. We had a bee emergency. She was honest in telling me there would be a 72 hr turnaround time to get a tech out..esp since it was a Friday. If arrow had told me that on Monday when I first called them.. the problem would have been solved by Cooks. Arrow took over a week to have a tech call after reminding them 3 days in a row of the emergency

Wanted two time spraying only. First guy finally came out and did a good job. Was supposed to return 30 days later for the follow up spraying to be done just like the initial one. Paid total price upon first spraying. Never heard from them again (it had rained quite a bit, but there should have been follow up). Called over a month later and Todd called me back. He told me that he would check on it when he got back to the office and call me. A WEEK later, I call them again. Was told that there had been problems due to someone quitting. FINALLY someone came out, but he had been told just to 'sprinkle these crystals by the trees'. Nope, that is NOT what I signed the contract for or paid for. So told him that and he did as I asked. Will never use this company again. I was extremely disappointed.
