Red Hill Kitchen

Interesting off the beaten path restaurant, art gallery, and boutique shop. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (see pics for menu). I had the BBQ sampler and boy was it was good! Generous helping of everything, more than I could eat. And the deserts were awesome! I had the banana pudding and my wife had the peanut butter pie and WOW were they good! Tables inside and out. And the staff was super friendly and attentive! Don't miss this one!

So happy I went to this place. So many great menu choices. I had the hamburger and it was top notch. Everyone loved their meals. We live close and will be back many times. The local sherrifs eat there so that should tell you something. We keep going and the food and the service is still tops.

I am not one to give a place five stars, but this quaint little place is very, very GOOD. The menu is as varied as it gets for good southern food and the burger and Chili slaw dog my wife had them fix was amazing. The fries are 5/5 and the wonderful local folks who run the place are typical welcoming southern people who appreciate your business and serve up good food. Places like this are worth the trip.

We had their new hamburger steak plate and a chopped chicken plate. Very generous portions, good home style cooking!

Awesome little country diner. Between seafood and hot dogs we all enjoyed our meal. Cute place also!

It was our first visit here today. We were welcomed like friends and made really comfortable. The food was amazingly good and fresh. I had the BBQ sampler and it was HUGE. I had the baked beans that were good and the camp stew. This was the Best camp stew I’ve every had. The wife’s had chicken and Mac and cheese. She said the chicken was great and the Mac and cheese was ok but it needs more cheese. Overall it was excellent. The people were extremely friendly and inviting. We will be back soon.

Again we had such a great time here again today. We feel like we’re family here now. I tried the double bacon cheeseburger today. OMG, this burger is HUGE but it is also delicious!!! I’m a big guy and I ate it all and loved every bite. Thank you Red Hill Kitchen!!
Update:4-2-2022:
The wife and I went back to our favorite spot, Red Hill Kitchen again today. She got the bacon cheeseburger burger this time. And I got the double bacon cheeseburger again, man is that good. But this time I turned it into a “Trash Plate”. I put the fry’s on the plate, added bbq sauce, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce, removed the bun from the burger, cut up the burgers, bacon and vegetables seasoned again then added a layer of baked beans to the top. OMG, that was great. If I had only had an over medium egg on top!! Maybe I’ll try next week. I’ll let y’all know next week!

Stopped in one day when I was working on Lake Martin. I got the pulled pork plate. Good BBQ and sauce. The Brunswick stew was great. Folks are friendly and the place is clean. Locally owned too, so get by and give them a try.

Good food, Good folks, Good prices. Always a pleasure to eat here. Also visit the gallery next door.

Had dinner there for the first time and wondering why we haven't eaten there before!!!
This place is amazing!!!! Burgers are huge, hand made and delicious! Shrimp basket was so good! And you have to try the Key Lime pie! Prices are fair and service was very friendly and fast.

Their food is great, I love walking around checking out art by local artists...

Gone two days in a row due to the food being very good and working nearby from out of town. The food was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere was great.

The premier lunch place to eat wens-sun. The fish or the burgers are my favs,some of the best I've ever had. You will not be disappointed if you go,closed on mon-tues so plan accordingly. The sat-sun breakfast is to die for. The best in the county and that's no lie! What are you waiting for?

I was happy with my food. I was happy with the place & the service provided. I even stuck around & purchased some art from the adjoining store that goes by the same name. I will definitely return.

A really great local dining spot. I've only eaten lunch here but I am told their breakfast is awesome too. Their prices are reasonable and portions are generous.

Enjoyed multiple meals with my family at the Red Hill Kitchen. It's an old gas station that is half restaurant and half junk/art gallery. Catfish was excellent, burger was solid, and all the veggies were good. They also have to go dishes like breakfast quiche and also can do BBQ by the pound if you are in town for the weekend and don't want to cook. If you are anywhere near Kowaliga and want a good breakfast / lunch place this is a must try.

A cute, locally-owned cafe and gift shop near Lake Martin. I would definitely recommend stopping here. It's a lovely short drive from Montgomery.

My family and I are so glad we moved near red hill Restraunt. We call it in almost every weekend as a treat. Order the dessert they are all to die for.
