The restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience, complemented by a team of dedicated and professional employees. However, I have a suggestion for improvement: the mobile ordering lane does not seem to add significant value, particularly given the efficiency of the existing curbside pickup system.

In fact, the mobile lane appears to be slower than the traditional drive-thru, which not only diminishes its utility but also risks frustrating customers. By reevaluating the necessity and functionality of the mobile lane, the restaurant could further enhance its service quality.

Despite this, the overall quality of the restaurant and its food remains outstanding, making it a commendable choice for dining.

Another terrific Chick-fil-a location. This location was just remodeled in 2023 and i setup pretty nicely. The drive through line has been much improved with dual lanes and a covered ordering section. On the inside of the restaurant, there are lots of tables, but they sadly seem to have gotten rid of the children's play area. The workers were very friendly and I received my food quickly.

Chicken and the Chick-fil-A sauce are 👌👌👌. Service was great. Atmosphere... It's a fast food restaurant

I am so impressed! Healthy, fast food. Today I had the kale, and it was excellent. Fresh, with a tasty and light dressing and crunchy almonds. Here is a photo of what little was left of it. I will have the rest for dinner. They also offer fruit.

I don't think there's a franchise that is as consistent as this one. Quick service, friendly workers, and you really don't need to check your bag, because you know what you ordered will be in there. Food was hot, good, and what I'd expect.

I can’t say enough good things about the Chick-fil-A in Lansdale! This place is my go-to for delicious food and top-notch service. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making every visit a pleasure. The real star of the show is the store manager, Dawn. She is amazing! I’d love to meet her sometime. Dawn always sends the nicest emails with offers and friendly messages, truly embodying what customer service should be. Her style and dedication to customers are how I train my staff to serve clients. Kudos to Dawn and her team! If you haven’t been to this Chick-fil-A, you’re missing out!

I came in with my two sons (1 and 5 years old). My 5 year old was excited to buy his own meal with the money he earned at home. He was most excited for his vanilla milkshake. We came and sat down to eat- the staff was courteous and friendly as usual but after finishing our delicious meal I decided it was mean to not get anything for my husband who was still working. We made our way up to the counter to order his meal to go when my 5 year old dropped his milkshake and immediately began to cry. I’m trying to hold my 1 year old (who can’t walk yet), pay and not spill anything else on the floor. It also became quite busy right as this was happening. The attendant helped me put in my card and then went and got him another half milkshake to stop him from crying. My food came out almost immediately and I was able to make my way out quickly with two happy kids. So grateful to the staff for going above and beyond for a mom out with her two kids alone! So impressed I’m literally writing this in the parking lot :)

The service is great. Staff are smiley and polite. Food is consistently high quality for fast food.

Chick-fil-A always does an amazing job. Kind; courteous; and quick.

Breakfast with toddlers made easy with the play area being open. Customers are respectful of distancing while eating indoors during breakfast. Only ones at the play area at that time!

I never realized they had outside seating. I usually order through the app pull up and get my food and go, but on this day I need to keep myself occupied while I waited for my car to be serviced. Chick-fil-A is one of the only fast food restaurants I eat at and they never disappoint on quality of food or service. Their employees care to the guests like a more upscale restaurants servers would and I wish I could tip them because they are so kind and attentive.
I go to Chick-fil-A several times a month so I’ll definitely return.

Decent fast food but drive thru service is way too long. Sat at the drive in to order for 5 min and no one even bothered to take my order completely ridiculous wait. Couldnt wait any longer and ended up leaving and going someplace else. I guess I should have gone inside maybe I would have had better luck. Customer service has gone way down.

Number one, with cheese, extra pickles... And a Lemonade. Yeah, I could eat that one meal every single day and never get bored.

Great spot, super clean friendly employees all condiments are easily accessible as well as napkins, straws, forks, etc. Foods always hot & fresh. I deft wouid recommend taking the family.

We recently had a large catering order for a work event. Even during their current construction, the order was thorough and on time. The staff that helped us were very kind. Thank you for your amazing service!

First off, the lids on the drinks are AMAZING. I may have taken a turn too fast and had the drinks in my carrier tip over. And I've got to say that barley anything spilled out.
Secondly, the staff was super nice. And a side note, I think they should be allowed to get tips. I wanted to tip the nice lady at the counter but she said they don't accept tips.
Anyway, great experience.
