Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We went right when they opened and our food was out before we filled up our drinks. The staff were all very nice. The burgers were so fresh and hot and everything was made the way we ordered with no mistakes. We had a good amount of fries and enjoyed their special sauces. The store was clean and cool on a hot day. It was a great experience overall.

I was here 7/21/24 in the evening and the window girl was so sweet! So many people are miserable at the drive thru window at many Freddy’s I’ve been too so it was so nice that she was such a sweetheart! And my fries were actually hot and fresh (unlike other Freddy’s I’ve been to lol). Thanks so much everyone , keep up the great work!!

Freddie’s has some of the best burgers in the area! We love their flat burgers and stick fries. They have Midwest style frozen custard that’s excellent! Worth the drive to Hatfield for sure!

We've had food from Freddy's a few times now and it has always been delicious. Tonight we had a doordash driver not deliver all the food in our order. The lovely people at Freddy's remade *all* of our food while we were on our way over and were very apologetic despite it not being their fault at all. We'll definitely return!

I ordered via DoorDash because I don't go out for lunch and I was very impressed. Food was delicious (a little messy for the veggie burger but still good) and I had extra fries that I could share with a coworker. First time ordering Freddy's as well so it did not disappoint!

Freddy’s is great. Their burgers are excellent. Everybody loves the fries and their fry sauce. And of course their milkshakes are great too!

Last time, I got the French onion burger. Boy was that delicious. This go around, I got the PB cup sundae. Fantastic.

Great service, the young staff working there are the sweetest and always get my order right. The manager working tonight helped me walk the food out to my car. Definitely will be coming back to this location!

Stopped by for a quick lunch, 1st timer to this franchise and was quite impressed. Service was quick and easy, my patty melt was cooked fresh and the fries were rite out if the fryer so be careful when you dive in stuff some in your mouth. Wasn't even thinking of writing a review and never got to take a pic of my meal. If the rest of the restaurants are the same as this I would not hesitate to walk in !!!!!!

Great Freddy's location. The food is fresh and the french fries are awesome. Friendly staff and the new online ordering works well. There are two reserved spots in the parking lot with signs designating them for mobile order pickup. Park in those spots, click "I'm Here" in the app, and they bring the food out to you. UPDATE: 01182023 - still a good Freddy's location, but the 2022 updated mobile app stinks. You can no longer order ahead to eat inside the restaurant, only take out or delivery. Definitely a step in the wrong direction. 2023: The app is still useless unless you're getting your food to go, since you cannot order for dine-in.

Freddy's original double cheeseburger with steak fries. Massive flat steak burger hanging all over the bun like they used to. Real beef with real flavor, not overcooked, not undercooked. More fries than I could handle

I appreciate that the restaurant cares if there is a mistake made and will not only fix it, but also apologize and offer coupons towards your next purchase.

The meat is above standard, I love the lettuce wrap options for all the sandwiches. Their pickles are some of my favorites. The shakes are packed with flavor.
