Wendy's

Wendy's is my go-to when I want fast food that's a bit better than the usual. Their burgers are always fresh and juicy, and I can't get enough of the dave's single or the (rip)nacho cheeseburger. The late night craving for their fries. And don't even get me started on the Frostys—they're the perfect dessert. I love that they have more than just burgers too; the chili and salads are really good. The place is always chill, and I never have to wait long for my food. Wendy's totally hits the spot every time.

It's fine. It's Wendy's. It's a newer upgraded one inside. It was clean last time I was inside (COVID now). They have those newer soda machines that give you like a thousand drink choices. The drive-thru seems quick enough. Quick, clean, and the food was hot. For a Wendy's it's a 5 star, but how can I give a chain fast-food restaurant 5 stars. I'm not sure fast-food can even warrant 4 stars but I don't want people to get the idea that this was a bad Wendy's. It's not. It's great for a Wendy's. No one will ever need or read this review, because if you need a review of Wendy's then you are likely brain dead or it's your first day in the United States. If it's your first day in the United States, then my advice to you is to you to avoid fast food if you can... except for french fries. Those are good, but there's nothing French about them and the best ones are in Belgium anyway.

Amazing staff! My order is always correct and fresh. The manager especially (who seems like he is always there) is so friendly and nice. Great location.

Stopped for lunch on the way home to stl. Food was good and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean.

A well lit menu board and appetite are served around the clock here at Lansdale Wendy’s restaurant for good food and lots of new health care options to choose from that will satisfy any hunger cravings. I’ll be back to this spot to hit the spot again and again!

Place is usually busy at lunch, but I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Staff is always friendly and I've never had them mess up my order. It's Wendy's so they're usually consistent from restaurant to restaurant. This one is definitely one of the better locations I frequent weekly. Well done guys.

This is probably the best Wendy's I've ever been to! The drive through customer service was superb. The fries were hot and seasoned and my sandwich was made correctly and was delicious. The drink was a little sweet but still great.

I've ordered here LATE many times and maybe I've just been lucky but I want to thank all the folks that work late here. I use Door Dash and I wish there was a way to tip the wonderful workers making the food. I mean that @DoorDash. Find a way to share the love! Thank You Gals and Guys for always making something great at such a late hour.

Food is always hot, cooked to order.
I alwaya have specifics for my order and they always get it right.

My only suggestion is let rhe fries xook longer, they are very limp, no salt, not crispy.

I knew when I talked into the squawkbox and the person said the disapproving and critical things they were thinking out loud, I was in for a treat. I enjoyed the frankness of the manager talking smack on me for my order as I sat to pick it up. She thought I was a dasher or something and had a bit to say about the size of my order along with the modifications made to the items. I'm not mad because I've worked with the public and sometimes we make life miserable for service workers. Still, they got my order mostly correct and it was cold by the time I got it home 2 miles from the establishment with my floor heater firing on the bags at full blast. Again, it's a Wendys and it met my expectations. I'll be back in 6-8 weeks when my colon recovers and I want a fresh never frozen burger. Maybe @Wendys on Twitter will pick my comment to roast me back, but you got 5 stars for meeting expectations so that's 2 extra than I SHOULD give. No one really appreciates the star system so why do we do it? 3 stars should be expected as meets expectations not 5 because how do we rate really great service? Anyway, if you make a big order at this place, have a heart and the ability to laugh at yourself cause you might get told a few hard truths that are usually just said when you leave.

Everyone that works there I've interacted with is always polite and the food comes out quickly. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean, plus they have one of those cool. Soda machines that let's you mix extra flavors into your drink.

What a nice experience. Including a Mom working and having Her daughter there while on Her shift. I love women, they will make do when do is needed..

Today I had the pleasure of no wait & a totally sincere customer service rep named AZARIA who took the time to ask me how my holidays were & I thought that was just the sweetest! So thank you for that! Happy new year!

The Biggie Bag is my go to! Quick fast, fresh, value and great service would describe this Wendys location.

This is a very good Wendy's location. The counter workers are fast and friendly. The line is always short as they know how to run their business, and the food seems to be made well, including the chili.

They have two of the fancy Coca-Cola Freestyle machines inside, as well as unsweetened and sweetened ice tea dispensers. The interior is always kept clean, and was updated not too long ago.

Absolutely the best Wendy's I have ever been to. The people working were pleasant and friendly. The place was spotless and they got my order right and out to me while it was still hot!!

The Frosty"s have been on point lately!! They are seriously the best I've had from ANY other wendys. Sometimes you get them and they are kinda watery but the consistency is always perfectly creamy and delicious!
l always get chicken nuggets and fries with my order and they are always hot and fresh! The new BBQ sauce is great as well.

Edit: their customer service has been iffy for about a year now. I’m assuming it’s under new management- a few workers have an attitude, especially the man who is of a middle eastern decent- he ALWAYS rushes people while they’re placing an order at the drive thru (Sadly it’s not a one time thing either, you can hear him saying the same thing to the people ordering ahead of you- for example-
Him:
“ok... THATS ALL?”
“Um no, I have a few more things...”
(You say the next item)
“Okay your total is ...”
(???)
“Um... I still have 2 more things to add?”
then you can hear the frustration building in his tone. it’s incredibly rude and annoying. He should probably work on that if he wants to work in a customer service atmosphere. Just saying🤷🏻‍♀

Service was good. We had a mobile pickup order, but had to ask at the counter for the food to be brought out.

Just wanted to say that the vibe coming out of the drive thru window tonight was super uplifting! Thank you, ladies, for the smiles on our faces. [10/26/2020 @ about 6:30pm]
