Got a good truck at a fair price , it is my dream truck and he made it happen , truck had a few small issues I had to fix but that goes with any used truck , interior was spotless and clean and everything works

Cody had the truck I wanted and he went out of his way to work out a satisfactory deal agreement.

Cody & Dalton are the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with when it comes to inquiring about tractors. We were in the market for a certain tractor and inquired about one online, only to be insulted when I asked a simple question about a particular part on the truck. It’s a good thing I have screenshots of their customer service skills. Dont buy from these unprofessionals.

I have been turned down in my quest to buy a truck from this dealer. I had been in daily contact with Cody by text or phone discussing or requesting information about a truck on his website. As I live in Virginia I tried to gather as much information about his truck as possible. My process is to hire a local mechanic to inspect the truck and based on the results plan to travel to the dealer location and determine if I would negotiate to buy the truck or eliminate the truck from consideration. Today I let Cody know I had 2 local mechanics that would inspect the truck. Not sure if it is a coincidence but soon after I received a text telling me he would not be selling me a truck. That is my experience with the owner of this dealership.

Cody is not a professional at all he is lacking on all skill levels and is very rude !

I messed up and bought truck without looking at it. (My fault). I thought as a business owner the truck you described would be in the condition you say it’s in! Pictures all looked great! Truck was polished to look good and that’s about it. It was said to be detailed but that was a lie. Said truck was ready to work, and again that was a lie! 1 week into it and keep finding the bandaids that were put on. Would recomend looking over truck very well before you buy!!!
