Takeout order after late evening meeting and didn’t want to spend time eating at restaurant and wanted something fast hot and tasted so that’s Taco Bell
Using app of Tacobell found nearby unit from my LaQuinta hotel with 10 minutes drive. So ordered online exclusively for app users box with chalupa hard taco chips and drink with substitutions of beef to Beans being vegetarian. Fast pickup at window due to auto payment made when finished ordering..

Drive thru post Bears game late! Others gave negative reviews BUT our order was perfect with tons of sauces. Diablo & Mild is how my family rolls!
We'll be back the next time we're in Chocolate town!

Patronized this facility today. This is the cleanest and most organized Taco Bell yet. Even the ladies bathroom was spotless. Our order was fresh , hot, and everything we ordered was full capacity. Very delicious! Kudos to all the workers on August 27th.

Great food, didn't have too wait long and we had a fairly big order. Cane with lots of sauces and most importantly napkins!

Service at the Hummelstown T'Bell is very improved from a year ago. Accuracy, quality, and speed is focused there. The App is working better also. If you are in Hershey area, ring T'Bell!

We went to Taco Bell for a quick bite when we were out doing some shopping. After going thru the drive up window and getting our order we realized the tacos were not made the way they were ordered. After telling them about the mishap the management decided to give us all new tacos. These tacos were quite enjoyable.

Been here a few times. Most recently, they were short-staffed and the drive through was the only thing open. We did a mobile order. It took ages to get through, but the woman taking care of us was so friendly and I know the wait was out of her control. Food was great!

We used the drive-through and had a really good experience. The food was great as expected and the price was great for our family.

It's been a few years Since I've tried this Taco Bell, but I got it tonight and I ordered quite a lot of food for a family of four. And everything was spot-on they were quick, it was fresh and they were very helpful and kind. It's much more cleaner inside than it was in the past years. This place has made a 100% turn around since I used to live next to it and frequent it. Kudos Taco Bell team in Hummelstown PA!

Regular Taco Bell! It always looks very busy but this staff is very good at what they do. The service is always quick and accurate. I have never had a problem here!

I don't know if it's because I'm a regular, but I was served extremely quickly, despite a long drive thru line. Once I got to the speaker, I felt like the only customer. They give me plenty of extra diablo and fire sauce. So much flavor. Really made my night! If they ask you to donate for a scholarship? Do it, if the $$$ goes to the hard workers at this location. Just wow.

Best taco bell! Most amazing staff! Very pleased with my late night trip as i came very close to closing buy yet the Staff was just as enthusiastic and patient as ever ! They made my night! Thanks kate and team the was Food was great and we truly appreciate it!!!

I like this taco bell because the management team obviously knows how to manage because staff is very efficient, quick and friendly. The taco bell on jonestown road needs to have some guidance. Waiting 45 mins in line at the other one is not acceptable, this one 5 mins tops. Ty

For those who are complaining they are slow... Try and put yourself in their shoes, im 100% sure they are understaffed! It's not as simple as "hiring more people" everyone wants to complain when a place cannot get people in the door to apply, but then are also then offended when they raise the wages to try and hire people. 😂 people are insane! If you aren't willing to wait and be nice about it, go anywhere else. It's tacobell so the food is, well, tacobell. But it's quicker than making it myself at home. Thanks to everyone working there, thank you for working and don't let anyone get yall down! Great people, great location.

This place has been on point for the past 2 months! I don't know whats changed but everytime i've been between the hours of 930am and 3pm every 5 layer beefy burritos been perfectly wraped (no reminants falling out the bottom after every bite) every taco has been placed with the perfect amount of ingredients and every grilled breakfast burrito has been grilled to perfection with the perfect balance of what i've ordered! KEEP IT UP TACO BELL!!!!!!!!
