It was Mother's day at 2pm and my in-home O2 machine was blinking and beeping. A really nice woman pick up and told me she'd have someone there in3 to 4 hours, I have an Inogen, and sure enough, less than 2 hours later the technician arrived and swapped out machines. I was totally surprised that the whole thing took only 3 hours. Especially on a Sunday and a holiday. Thank you

Tammy was very helpful in getting me set up with my bipap machine. She went over how to put the machine together and she preset the machine for me. I’m thankful for her help. Thank you very much Tammy for all your help.

I met with Jason today. He programmed my machine per my sleep therapy requirements and also synced my cpap to my phone and went over the app and what it will show. He took his time and asked if I had any questions during the setup and after. He pointed out where I can get help via phone after the visit. He was a great help. Thanks Jason.

Great experience. Steve was fantastic. He made sure i was comfortable with the new equipment, and that i had everything i needed to be successful with it. I drove 45 minutes to go to this location based off a recomendation and it was worth it!

Jess was wonderful! She was thorough and explained everything in a way that made the experience less scary. She was patient and answered all questions that were asked. Great job today!!

Mike was very intuitive about introducinfg us to our new cpap machine. He totally skipped all aspects of the programming capabiltie of it using a smart phone because we don't have one.
We are both 94 and live with one foot off the net and one on and enjoy the simplicity of the operation of this new cpac machine.

I arrived a little early for my appointment, but they were ready to show me how to set up, use, and clean my equipment. They answered all of my questions, including all of the 'what ifs'. It was a very good experience.

They have great customer service. From the time I called until service rep. Matthew showed up was less than an hour. I spoke to two reps. on the phone p/t his arrival. All were courteous . Matthew replaced my moms 02 concentrator and politely answered my questions. I would definitely refer others to this company.

Great tech who picked up our rented equipment & was on time. Parke Rhineer was polite and courteous and on time and found our apartment with no problems. I can’t say that about other techs though.

Liz is wonderful. She takes the time to make sure all equipment is working properly, and has a fantastic customer service attitude. She talks with my wife and keeps her positive.

I just called late on Thursday ordering a hospital bed fully electric, the delivery was just made completely painless not one hiccup. The best part of it all every DME company I called quoted me $259.00 for the monthly rent, this company $120 a month. Don’t hesitate call them for all your needs they are honest people👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
