Old Orchard Shoe Repair

I have taken two pairs of boots for cleaning/repair. One pair was suede and the other was premium leather. The results were amazing! I cannot recommend this store enough! Please give them a chance and you won't regret it! Excellent!

This kind gentleman has been taking care of my family’s shoe and leather needs for 30 years. Ray provides excellent, quality services in a timely manner and at very reasonable prices. A hidden gem on a lower level in Old Orchard that you never knew existed. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve taken 3 pairs of boots and a leather jacket here and all have been repaired beautifully. Tasks have included replacing the heel, resoling, conditioning & water proofing, and also dying brown boots black. I strongly recommend them.

First time in here. Nice family owned place that's been around for like 40 years. I went in to fix some shoes. They were fixed perfectly with new soles and heels and at a reasonable price considering it's in Old Orchard Mall. I believe you get what you pay for.

Old orchard shoe repair is the best place in Skokie to go to get your shoes fixed. The prices are very good. And the services here are impeccable.

Quality work, disappointing in the unreliable hours. Winter work time can be over one week because he does everything himself. Business hours posted are 9:00am Saturday open on storefront and internet, 9:30am and still no one opening the store... I planned my morning, extra drive to this shop out of my way. Not how I wanted to start my Saturday. I won’t be using Ray’s services again. Friendly owner, disorganized most of the time, also feel I get overcharged because I bring in name brand items (no “price list” posted). Go somewhere else.

Terrible work and service not even deserve one star. I paid 30$ for this terrible job. It is not look good and clean. If I expected to like this I can do my self. He said worked over 35 years but he still does not know how to repair shoes. 👎👎👎
