I absolutely love this petco. The training classes are amazing. the trainers are as well. They are so compassionate about what they do. The entire staff is amazing, kind and helpful.

I came in for cat food and requested assistance from employee Carson regarding options. Carson immediately stopped his project and walked me to the cat products. He explained Petco's brand and asked more questions about the eating habits of the cat. He then showed me several other options. Carson explained how they evaluate a ripped bag. And then Carson explained cat litter detailing the advantages of different brands. He was extremely professional and helpful.
Trey was efficient at ring out, asked if I had a store card and how I'd like my receipt.

Great experience getting my dog vaccinations/medications. Quick and easy in and out and great customer service. They were even able to meet/beat med pricing from other vendors. Thanks, Petco!

The associate who checked out my items was extraordinarily helpful and patient. She went above and beyond to make sure that my transaction was a success. I was trying to use a coupon that wouldn't scan on my phone and she handled the process professionally and patiently. I will definitely be back to this location. The grooming salon is awesome. The girls here really great with Luna, our fur baby. And they share all their knowledge and information about caring for your pet. Informed us about the puppy social classes, and the Vetco visits available. Love it.

Cashier was very helpful in helping me to sign in to get my free bag of food. Very friendly. Store was spotless and employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I always shop at this location

Pet people are just friendlier people. Jessica was amazing. Informed me about the new incredible monthly subscription program Petco had going for cays. Spent a good bit of time explaining it and going through the petco app with me to make sure it all worked. At the register she was a dynamo; she really knows her craft. Very much appreciated that she went above and beyond.
The store itself was clean, orderly, and well stocked. Everyone was helpful and attentive. I've been to two other petco stores closer to me but this store is worth the extra travel time to get to.

Though the price on the brand of dog food I wanted was consistent with other pet stores, Petco had an online special deal which helped me save 25% (buy online / pick up in store), plus they have a "buy 8 bags get 1 free" which is a nice promotion to keep you coming back. When I went in to pick up my order, the Skokie Petco staff greeted me upon entry, was friendly and helpful. I shopped for other items while there and they have everything you need for your pet. Overall it was a quick and easy process and I would shop with Petco again.

Never been to a big pet store before, but I was very impressed as were my dogs. We got them cozy quilted winter jackets and I tried to convince my pups they needed booties too but they were not convinced. It was great to actually get to try on the clothing and shoes. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They didn’t even get upset when one of my dogs peed. A very helpful young woman who worked even found a sample in the back when they were sold out of paw balm. I’ll return soon.

Jessica is amazing. She’s extremely well informed and goes above & beyond to help customers understand what they’re buying (and why they need it). I was trying to buy items for my child’s new gerbil. She even texted a manager from another store to send me photos of that person’s home set-up for gerbils. Her staff was very friendly and helpful as well. This was THE BEST experience I’ve ever had in any pet store.

I find something for my kitty for good price.

I was picking up a couple of items for my son and had not been to Petco for a number of years. I was lucky and a customer service rep helped me out since there were many customers in the store. He was so helpful. Therefore, my experience was 5 star!

Helpful crew, groomer was in store when I visited there.. she gave me good recommendation on the type of shampoo for my dogs.. plenty of food selection for both dogs and cats.. one employee recommended the cat food after I told her about my cats.. and both cats loved the food. Their new reward (or I was slow to realise) is pretty handy.. can load the rewards $$ in your account and don't need to bring card or paper to redeem it..

Full service with lots of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They're pricing is sometimes different on their website, so make sure to check if they have a better deal. They do price match and were happy to do so for me. Overall very satisfied with my experience here.

Great customer service! They did a great job grooming my puppy! They also offer great classes to train puppies. The trainer is super nice and very knowledgeable.

Great customer service and I love the coupons!

The offers that are sent to me in the emails should be valid in store without me having to physically go in store n look for the specific items thsts in the sales email and have to purchase in emails. They should be able to validate at the register without having to figer out is there a bar code to scan or not and for some reason my account never shows up when I get to the register.

Great service,staff very nice and I formitive! Got my buddy in right away for grooming. She really was stinky. They handled her which is amazing she a big strong girl.
