Hana Japanese Bistro

I have had the most memorable experiences at Sushi Hana with the best sashimi and sushi I have ever tasted. Chef Eric knows how to find and prepare the very best cuts of fatty tuna, yellowtail and salmon. The unagi is the best I have ever tasted. This restaurant is truly Sushi as an art form.

I have searched Malaysian and Singaporean Laksa place such for a long time, maybe 20+ years.

We finally found this place and gave it to try their laksa noodle soup. I ordered laksa with rice noodles. It had a curry flavor. The presentation looked awesome and the taste was nice.

The restaurant atmosphere was a kind of family restaurant : everyone can enjoy and relaxed at the same time.

The lighting doesn't do the photos justice, but it was amazing. Both presentation and taste were phenomenal. Loved the food and the atmosphere. A nice date location or a fun place for a get together amongst family. The prices were decent for a sushi based meal, came out to roughly $20/person.

Everything was delicious! I ordered the tempura vegatable udon noodles and they brought out a large bowl of noodles with a shitake mushroom and seaweed and a plate of tempura vegetables. The portion was huge. I'm making another meal of it. Great selection. They have ramen as well but only add hard bowled eggs instead of soft boiled marinated eggs typically added to ramen.

Clean and nice restaurant. I enjoyed the Malaysian Shrimp Laksa. Tasted almost like what we had in Malaysia. Friendly staff. Good service. Mike is not a curry person, so he ordered calamari and shumai, which he said was good.

This is our go-to sushi restaurant. Always solid service and fresh fish. Nice seating as well and a couple of tables that can handle larger groups as well. Enjoy!

The katsudon is fantastic here. It came with a very nice miso soup and cucumber salad. Both were very good. Service was prompt and friendly. Strong recommend from me!

We absolutely love hana!! It's our favorite sushi/Japanese restaurant. The staff are super friendly and kind and the food always tastes really fresh. We've never waited more then 20min for takeout even when they're busy. We love you hana peeps!

I went there yesterday with my family and it was the best experience ever!! The customer service was amazing! and the food, oh wow, I can't even describe it. This is by far one of the best restaurants I have been to in my life and it's the best Japanese Restaurant in Colorado, or at least, for me it is! I can't wait to be back!!!

My favorite sushi restaurant in the Boulder area! Fresh ingredients, friendly & efficient staff, and a lovely setting (the booths are the best!). My only complaint is that they are not open for lunch.

Good food, nice people. I come here for lunch all the time, the staff is very friendly. I really like the pork ramen, but I'm not having it this year because I'm not eating mammals until 2019.

We have eaten at Hana for about 8 years now and it is always wonderful. The staff is friendly and attentive and the food is consistently delicious and the fish is fresh. This is one of the best restaurants in the area.

Absolutely best sushi place in the area. The appetizers are unreal, the servers are friendly, and the atmosphere is really nice on the patio! It’s shady in the evening and has good landscaping. The sushi is always incredible and it’s very affordable! This is our go to place. Would give 6 stars if I could!
