Love the girls & guys here.....not only are they great at their craft for hot & cold drinks, they're also great at recommending places to visit, things to do & experience. On this particular visit, I ordered the Medicine Ball.

Several Starbucks outlets often receive unfavorable reviews, the reasons for which elude me as I've yet to encounter a truly disappointing one. This particular branch, though, does make a unique impression due to its exceptionally amicable staff. They appear to be calm, attentive, and, notably, content with their roles, even when the day is drawing to a close! Therefore, a round of applause is in order for their manager who has successfully fostered such a commendable team. Engaging with the broad spectrum of the public can be rather challenging, so kudos to these folks for demonstrating such admirable resilience!

Preordered to the Starbucks on 459 McCaslin Blvd by accident and was on a big time crunch for work. It was my mistake, but the employees were so kind and understanding that they gave me the same drink I ordered for free so I could rush over to work. Incredible customer service and I will definitely be back!

They made the drinks exactly to my liking and it tasted great!

I'm not a Stabucks aficionado, but I had to stop here and use the wifi for a call. I found a nice seat on the back patio and was able to access the wifi just fine.

The service was great, the barista remembered my name when I left an hour later and wish me a reat rest of my day - I was impressed with that kind of detail!

I had a really great experience the last time I visited this location. My drink and food items were great, but the customer service is what stood out to me. The kindness I was shown really made my day, my week even & I really appreciated that.

This is hands down the best Starbucks. The staff is top-notch and I am always very impressed! I always see the manager treat his team with respect and he does a great job training all of the new team members! Keep up the great work!

Best Starbucks in the area!!! The team is absolutely amazing and are super fast. I like to swing by after the gym before heading into work. The drive thru line may look long at times, but the crew keeps the line moving.

I was only passing through but I really liked this Starbucks. It was early and the staff was nice. It was clean and easy to get to.

This is one of the best Starbucks around! The staff are so friendly, they actually remember me (not sure if that shines well on me, but oh well!) They are always super happy and smiles all around! I love coming to this Starbucks because I know I'll always leave happy! Definitely recommend, 10/10 best Starbucks around.

I visited this SB location on my way to work Friday, September 18th. I ordered my usual, an Americano to get the morning started and a protein box for lunch. When I got to the window, I realized I left my wallet at home. I apologized to the barista and explained I couldn’t pay for my order. She handed my order to me and said “happy Friday!” It was such a nice gesture. I was grateful for her kindness and was able to continue my day without missing a beat. I wish I had gotten her name. Thank you for making my day!

The staffs here are all so nice. Everything is pretty new and clean. It's really hard to park and get a seat in Boulder, so instead I come here everyday and it's always easy to get a comfortable seat. Love this Starbucks so much.

One of the best. Attention to orders, nice staff. Baristas make an effort to know you. If you need to fix an order (stuff happens) they go out of their way to make it right. There's a store <5m from me, but I take the extra time to get to this store

Love the new duds. I met up with a buddy for coffee the other day and it was perfect. The decor was nice and modern. It has really easy access to highway 36. And an easy drive through. Easy access from McCaslin ous probably the biggest perk of this new Starbucks. That and tree cool light feature.

I come once a week to this Starbucks in the morning. The staff are awesome. It is hard to have a friendly conversation with someone in the drive thru. Most people do not realize this, but these people are wearing headsets. So, when you are talking to them, they also have another person talking directly into their other ear. It is very hard to hear the person in the car when you are working the window. Yet they almost always ask me how my day is or what I am up to. They almost always nail my drink too. SBUX Corp really needs to add a tipping option to their credit cards. This is long overdue and standard in most restaurants. The food is solid and always hot. Thank you everyone!

I love this Starbucks! The staff are kind and helpful, I love being able to drive through for social distancing, and I haven't had a mistake made in my order, which I really appreciate. I know I'm a little high maintenance and when staff go above and beyond to help me, I am grateful. Thank you!!
