The people are very kind and helpful. This was my 2nd trip to New York, and today's my 2nd visit. Will definitely be back.

A staple for the region; sandwich was made to order quickly and tasted fantastic. Special shoutout to Steve for making my Jreck’s experience monumental.

We come here once a year from CO, and food is always delicious and staff is always friendly ☺

Service was great, very clean, and fresh ingredients. 5 stars all around for a fast food experience.

Steak and cheese take out.... yum...delicious to go...the freshest...for me enough for 2 meals in one sub...very friendly staff here in Massena...bright,clean and always on point..their specials are great for game day for sitting in front of the tube in the best seat in the house...my easy chair...haha...

I love fresh subs and sandwiches. I'm not a fan of greasy food, junk food, and especially not traditional fast food burgers/fries. This Jreck's offers great food, both hot and cold, that is reliably tasty, quickly made, and most importantly, genuinely healthy. It was also recently remodeled and has a new manager on staff who does an excellent job running the shop. Try this place over competitors and you'll never look back. I didn't!

This sub shop has been completely updated and remodeled for 2016. It offers high quality food at affordable prices. The staff is friendly and a new, amazing manager has been hired! Give eating here a try. You won't be disappointed!

The Bread is so soft and the way the lettuce is shaved is unique. Truly an all time favorite.

I love me some j-reck subs. Yes I know that it’s going to explode into my lab and there’s gonna be juice everywhere but they are super delicious, but it would be awesome if some sort of jreck scientists could get together to try to work out how to make it a little more structurally sound.

SUVs are always made fresh and items for your subs are cooked as you order . Rolls are fresh and they have roll flavor if the month and sub if the day special

We go here all the time for subs. They have great subs and we love the deep fried mushrooms. There is always ample parking. You can take out or dine in

Always a delight, and staple franchise of NNY. I've had friends from out of state tell me how much they love it. Perfect menu, beautiful bread, and great staff.

They make fantastic subs,with fair amount of meat on em and less salad on it unlike another sub way sandwich place. Prices and service are good too.

Jreck subs are the best. Homemade rolls are light, so you don't get full on bread. Specialty breads are also very nice.

Love these subs! Can't get them where I live so I always have to get one when I can! Try one with Russian dressing and hot pepper relish!

Best roast beef sandwich I ever had. By far better than subway.
