People are knowledgeable about the service and very friendly. Verizon has the best coverage. Costs are high. $35 activation fee per line, and $30 minimum pricing per line on 4 lines. Data is super slow during peak times unless you go to the highest at $65 per line. All free devices are tied to maintaining a 3 year commitment to verizon. Failure to do so leaves you with a bill that's the full retail price per device divided by 36 months and multiplied by the remaining months in the 3 year term. Be careful.

Rodney was great. He couldn’t get our old phone’s data off it but was able to set up and activate our new one. He was friendly and was not upset because we kept him after his shift ended. I will be back when the new iPhone is out.
