ONLY PROBLEM IS GETTING TO THIS MALL IF YOU'RE FROM SOUTH OF THIS MALL. I DROVE FROM UTICA AND LET ME TELL YOU IT'S 3 HOURS OF NONSTOP WINDY FOREST ROADS CAW CAW

SEE THIS ONE BEFORE IT CLOSES, WHEN I WENT THERE, THERE WAS NO FOOD OPTIONS CAW CAW

I visited the mall recently and is a shell of its former self. Used to frequent this mall as a little kid back in the early 90's and back then they used to have Alaadins castle arcade, the merry go round, fully vacant with stores and was always packed with people. Times have definitley changed but hope that it finds its way back to being a fun place to go. Five stars for the good memories!

I had noticed last year that this mall was a near ghost town with few shops left. However, whoever the new owners are and the new manager are have been working their tails off to improve this place and bring shops back to the mall. It's obviously starting to show as just within the past couple of weeks I've noticed more and more shops coming in. I even read an article that more shops are expected in the near future. It's exciting to see it finally starting to turn around for the better. Good work to the new owners and the new mall manager and keep up the good work.

Deserves 5 stars for being the number one mall to be found anywhere still open with fewer than 6 stores and one restaurant ....great indoor escape to avoid snow, heavy rain or threatening wind. Place to enjoy a quiet walk and possibly see another person...generally unique and unforgettable experience ... looking forward to another visit.

Unfortunately the mall has decreased in the number of businesses. The new manager is working extremely hard to revitalize the area. As a community, we need to support any events held there. Wendy's has stayed strong and is surviving the difficult times, still make the best Frosties!

The mall is starting to come around again. Slowly but surely. We need to support this place the best we can. I'm glad to see that the new owners have been putting the needed efforts in to making this place better. The efforts are starting to show already. Keep up the hard work.

While this mall had been a dying destination for quite some time I was pleasantly surprised by the number of small businesses that have moved in! I can't remember the name of the one shop we visited, but it's a collective of many local sellers that are from across the north country and sell from one shop and it was great to be able to see alk the wares in one shop and featured locally for the holidays. What a great idea, not only to gather together to market as a group but to bolster the malls business as well!

Cool mall. Unfortunately it is having a vacancy problem. There are a bunch of local shops including a pickle ball center and a great overstock store. They also have a JC Penney.

Empty and beautiful. Slowly and squeamishly dying, just like the American middle class. Lots of unusual, barely open stores and businesses. A lot of fun to walk around in if you like late 80's commercial building design, or witnessing the death of a capitalist institution. Free wifi.

We Love the Arcade and bumper cars! Kids had a blast! Wendy's is awesome! And there is new places to eat there as well will try them soon!

Truly outstanding, I loved all the buckets filled with dirty, nasty, ceiling water. The smells I smelt were beyond unique. 10/10 will visit again.

Went to price chopper for cake they made me. The cake was a tremendous success. It was awesome. Always, always have gotten great things fresh from the bakery!!

There was a Lady who lingered a while at one spot. The sadness in her eye told you it was a loved one. A husband or son. If you ever have a chance to visit the traveling wall please do!!!

The Comic Con I participated in is held inside this dying Mall but was still a lot of fun and I am hoping they have another as I will definitely go back if they do

Only went to the mall to get something to eat to go . The burrito place the food is amazing service is great always doing his best for you service is awesome food is awesome I would recommend anyone to try it please you will love it definitely five stars

The Doctor's and Nurse's took great care of my son. They listened to him and helped me with his anxieties he had for his wisdom teeth removal.

The great place to go nice stores inside very helpful people and food court is amazing also there's a movie theater and arcade

Went to the American Pub, which is brand new to the mall. It was awesome food and service! I love their french fries!

Kind of “Quiet” the day I was there. Plenty of parking available!
