Brighton Hot Dog Shoppe

The hot dog shoppe is always great. The orange cream milkshakes are great! The food is ready quick. This is a great place to grab a quick lunch.

Nothing fancy here, but the food is good and price is unbeatable. Service was quick and very welcoming. Would definitely return!

Seriously the best hot dogs around. No other hot dog shop compares. They also have the best vanilla milkshakes. Food is inexpensive which makes it somewhere large families can actually afford going to. One of my favorite places to stop for a bite. Their cheese is the best too.

The food was great. The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean. (My 9 year old son insisted we leave a review. This was his take on his visit).

This sounds negative initially, but just follow through to the end.

We ordered food and got it home. We found out that our chili cheese fries were just cheese fries, and our hamburger with everything only had chili and onion on it. The rest of our order was correct.

We took the offending items back and let them know what had happened. They were very nice about it. I guess their version of "everything" for the hamburger is only chili and onion, not everything on the menu listed for them. When we cleared that up, they prepared a new hamburger with all the hamburger toppings on it and new chili cheese fries.

Again, everyone was super nice. Mistakes happen, so I'm not too worried about it. It kind of seems like one of the three people there were new, and they all seemed pretty young. Overall though, they did a great job. I'd come back.

The Food is great. The portions are big but really nice, and chili and onions are free. A bit more expensive than you would expect, but you so have to pay more for higher quality. Burgers and shakes are delicious as well, can absolutely recommend for anyone.

Hot dog shop is the best. Don't expect a healthy vegetarian meal, cause this place doesn't have one. The cheese fries are to die for. Literally. Your chest will hurt after you finish eating, in a good way. The food is great and service is decent and fast.

I have a goal of buying lunches for $5 & under. You can do that here! Simple menu, good service, fills the belly. Great toppings for the dogs & fries. Make sure you try a shake, just the right thickness!

I love coming here for lunch. the food is so good and inexpensive, the staff is always friendly and courteous no matter if there's a rush or if it's slow. And I really appreciate that they play worship music for us to listen to. It's a great atmosphere and I come here for lunch every chance I get.

Says hot dog in the name but I can’t suggest the burger with everything on it enough

every time i come here, the staff is so kind and welcoming. today i spilled my drink and they gave me a new one and joked about it as they cleaned it up. the food is always great and service is fast. absolutely LOVE this location

I have been a fan for a very long time - back to when I could buy a box of 10 hot dogs for a couple of bucks - and eat all ten. Love the fries and chili too. The original location in New Brighton has a kinda magic - but all of their locations have GREAT HOT DOGS!

Wow. Excellent Dogs & Cheeseburger. The menu isn't huge but who cares? It's Hot Dogs, Cheeseburgers, and Shakes. Everything was wonderful! It is a hole in the wall but my family loves those that have really great food!
