I love this place!! I’ve been getting service on my car at Mr Tire for over 3 years. For a young girl, they are honest and treat me with respect. I dropped my car off for an inspection with no appointment. They did brakes, tires, oil change and I’m sure some other stuff in under 4 hours. They have exceptional customer service and even crack some jokes along the way. Shout out to Scott who was so transparent and explained eveything along the way.

I have been trying to figure out this annoying sound coming from my front tire. Two other locations told me nothing was wrong with my car, but I kept hearing the sound. Upon arriving at the Moon Mr. Tire, they were able to diagnose my problem in no time. They really took the time to listen and help me out in the best way possible. Great customer service and I will definitely be back! Management and staff were very nice and very helpful!

Despite being short-staffed, this Mr. Tire location got our tire replaced quickly and got us back on the road. My daughter and I were on our own in this city for a dance competition when our tire blew. We managed to get the donut on, but we definitely weren't feeling good about driving 4.5 hours home on it. They made time to get it changed for us on a Sunday morning. We managed to get to her competition on time and safely returned home that night. We really appreciate the care and concern the employees showed to us and our predicament!!

I was stranded in PA and found this company thru AAA help. These men were helpful courteous and professional. They got my van fixed in less than a day and helped me get back on road. The price was reasonable.

My first time at their facility. Had a great experience. The manager, technician and service writer was very nice, engaging and explained the work I needed on my vehicle.

I was in town for a few days and my car started making a weird noise so I called them and they got me in right away. They diagnosed the noise and fixed what was wrong with it. Great people and service!

I got a flat in the middle of a snow storm and stopped by the location in Moon Township. The Manager Emmett was amazing, friendly, helpful and realized my flat quickly. It is so hard to find service like that in today’s world. Highly highly recommend. Worth the trip to that location!

Want to give a 'shout out' to jennifer who really knows her stuff...ordered a specific tire for me and had it installed by the next day...will definitely use this store again if I have a tire need.

I was sent to Mr. Tire by the District Manager. Monroe Muffler in Weirton WV screwed My Car up with a simple wheel bearing replacement. The Manager at Monroe in Weirton could learn alot from the Manager Emmett Harris!! My car was fixed at no cost to me. They have a great staff and treat Women with respect!! It was a 40 min drive but well worth it. I will be back!!!

The manager and technicians at Mr tire did a thorough job during my annual inspection of my vehicle. They answered all my questions and concerns. what more could I ask for?

I brought my car over today because I noticed I had a nail in my tire. They were able to get me in at a moments notice and pulled the nail with no leak. I was in and out in about 20 min. I’d recommend this location to anyone!

Top notch service always get what you pay for never have to question there work the best shop in the area very trustworthy always explain to you if they find something else wrong before they do any extra work prices are great on Service and Repairs and Tires call them for your next service needed
