Love this post office!!! Barbie and Trish always greet me with a smile! All of the clerks have adapted to this “new way of life” during the pandemic with grace. Thank you for all of you professionalism!

An absolute JOKE. “Customers may go to their local Post Office pickup location to pickup the item on or after the date and time indicated on the PS Form 3849 delivery notice.“ according to USPS’s website. yeah. Right. I called just a few minutes ago asking politely to pick my package up and was told it’d be “too difficult” because of a high volume. I am an understanding kind person but seriously? as a federal employee it is your job to serve the public. He failed. It does not matter what the volume is, honor your own federal policy.

The level of misconduct in the branch is horrifying. The fact that my tax dollars go to Barb and Julie makes me sick at night. You are two disgusting excuses for humans. You’re disrespectful you’re rude and neither of you deserve to be employed anywhere, especially not funded by the people you screw over on a daily basis. I hope all of your lives get progressively worse (I mean you already work at the post office how much worse can it get?) but still somehow worse. I hope each of your toes are stubbed repeatedly every time you waddle your big rumps to the bathroom. You don't deserve peace at night. I hope there’s two feral cats that fight out of your tiny apartment window all night for the rest of time. You deserve nothing more.

Incompetent, dishonest staff. Instead of delivering a package, they marked it as ‘undeliverable’ ‘no access’ when I checked my account online. they also claim they left a notice with instructions on how to retrieve. No notice was left, just mail in the mailbox. I was home all day. We have two driveways, both were completely clear. Front porch clear, back porch clear, dogs were inside. Just pure laziness.

Mail courier marked my address as vacant for an unknown reason. My package was sent back to the vendor within a few hours of them sending my package back to the post office, leaving me no time to rectify the situation as I had tried to retrieve the package personally the same day. Made only worse by the rude woman working the counter offering no consolation of any sort but rather speaking to me in a harsh manner for no good reason. Very unprofessional and inconvenient

The fact they are not open after 12pm on saturday shows how dumb they are. If you can get your packages from another carrier besides Salem Post office..do it.

Ignorant. Watched the mail carrier drive up to my box and deliver some mail into my mailbox. Expecting my important package, I walked out to get my mail and find "Sorry we missed you note" package required signature. She never came up to the door to get the signature she just left the note! Unprofessional and Ignorant!!
