Delicious, hot food! Service was quick, and the eating area is clean and conducive to an enjoyable meal.

Went inside and ordered a turkey sandwich. As I was waiting I remembered I forgot to say no onion. When Mike handed me the bag I asked if there was onion on it and there was. Without heasation Mike said we can fix that and made me a new sandwich with no onion. Very much appreciated, thanks. Great sandwich too.

I eat here several times a week because they are by far, the fastest fast food place in town. Their food is fresh AND hot 99% of the time. (Only 2 times was my food not completely fresh and hot out of 100's). The staff is very friendly and professional, and convey's a complete commitment to customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, a great sense of urgency and of course serving delicious hot food. Would recommend this location over any I have been to!

We got the Family Pack and the food was excellent! Especially the nuggets. The price with the coupon was also very affordable.

Food is fresh and delicious but the staff is what makes it a pleasure to go there! Despite a crazy person who belittled the management over ice, they handled it professionally! Kudos to you! You are awesome!

I'm a TN resident visiting the Salem OH area. There is a large spacious dining room. We were warmly greeted. The kitchen and dining room, as well as the restroom were very clean. The cleanliness of the dining room was well maintained during our visit. The food was fresh and quite tasteful. I highly recommend locals and visitors enjoy a meal at this Arby's. And "ring the bell" before you leave!! The parking lot can easily accommodate RVs.

Good food and service, but check your takeout order before leaving, because I've frequently found something missing. This time it was just the sauce. I will continue to eat here.

I didn't eat fast food much at all but when I do I choose Arby's and this one here in Salem Ohio is always clean and friendly. The food is always exactly what I order. Great job!

Beef n cheddar's are awesome!! The mint chocolate chip milkshakes are awesome too. I just wish they had them year round!!

Wonderful customer services I had my name badge on for work and they called our busy to tell me they messed up the order and when I got back to the restaurant they had the correct order for me and and a card for a free meal. Just getting my correct food without saying anything was wonderful!!

Arbys a specialty fast food OFFERRING .there is plenty of free parking including handicapped.the entrance is accessible for handicapped .The store is easily visible from the street .The parking lot is well maintained and the building is clean inside and out .Handicaed seating available and high chairs and booster seats available .good place for single or 👪 family dining .reasonable meal cost and drink station available .takes credit cards and cash .good selection of roast beef sandwiches ..and some great deserts .milk shakes , COFFEE , sweet Tea , good selection of soft drinks , come on in to a refreshing change .

Great service and good food. Excellent shutter melt sandwiches and their chocolate shake is by far the best around. Highly recommended for a quick bite.👍🏼💯💯
