We love coming here for breakfast on Sunday morning. The cook and waitress are so friendly and welcoming.

Limited seating, and majority is booth/bench seating.

Walk in and seat yourself type place.

Our favorite is the breakfast potato’s, try them extra crispy!

Just what we needed on a busy Sunday filled with youth basketball. A little step back in time a chance to slow down and enjoy a wonderful diner treat. I couldn't make up my mind between lunch and breakfast so I did both with the servers encouragement cheeseburger with an over easy egg side of home fries with sausage gravy. Nailed it!!!

I had my food in 10 minutes. Been coming here for almost 20 years. Love it. I've only ever ordered the food pictured because it's the best around.

If you haven't been here for breakfast then you absolutely have to stop in here and meet Erica! She is such a sweetheart and you definitely get the old school ice cream shop vibe as soon as you walk in. Sit at the counter and you'll think you got dinner and show with the girls!

This is a very awesome place to feel nostalgic and also get really tasty food. A very classic diner. Service and one of the best they are so kind and fast. 10/10

Older and a little care worn older style diner. Don't expect shiny freshly painted surfaces. This doesn't mean that it's dirty. I stopped for an early breakfast. No one else in town was open yet, except perhaps fast food places. I got the biscuits and gravy ( was kind of craving it) and it was definitely scratch made and delicious. Hard to find house made biscuits and gravy anywhere these days. As a cook and entrepreneur I know canned gravy when I taste it and this certainly was not canned. Not disappointed in the least.

How could I have lived in Salem this long and not known about this gem?? Had a delicious sandwich and best malt ever in a very friendly atmosphere with great service!! Love it

Hands down the best home made food and best service in Salem! My daughter and I stopped in for lunch last Friday and the waitress asked what we were up to for the day. My daughter told her we had just got done w kindergarten screening for her and that she is officially a United Eagle 🥺❤ the waitress was so sweet as was the cook who made her a lot of silver dollar pancakes and then they gave her a free scoop of her favorite ice cream! We loved it so much we went back today for mothers day breakfast w my mother in law, my sister and neice and nephew! I will continue to go here and recommend it to everyone!

Best around home town breakfast! Can't beat the food and people! Family owned they are a blessing!

If you find a way to not like this place, then you don't like good diner food, or the diner experience in general. It's the best breakfast in town, and the only thing better than the food is the staff. I've been here countless times and have never had a bad plate of food or service without a smile along with good conversation. A+ every time.

This place is wonderful. Frequently, they have specials that reduce their inexpensive menu even more. Their food is tasty, well cooked, & plentiful.

This was the first time I've ordered breakfast and the biscuits & sausage gravy is awesome. I always order a grilled chicken salad for lunch and ,after adding fries, it's nearly $10... I feel that's a little expensive, but I keep ordering it because it's good. I advise against the steak salad, though... it's a processed beef patty.

Food is always wonderful & priced to make the customer happy. The servers & cooks are likeable & friendly. I eat there frequently.

The people her are so friendly and their food is amazing. The Ice Cream parlor has a down home fill to it that I absolutely love. My fiance and I will be coming back. They also have swiss burgers 🤩 mouth watering swiss burgers.

Great food and lovely owners! I eat there regularly! Recommend everything on the menu although the fries are fantastic! Definitely make it a stop!
