Penn Station East Coast Subs

Fresh ingredients! Unlike subway where you can’t see the toppings this place knows how to make great subs! The employees wore gloves and were very nice too! The sub tastes wonderful and the bread is fresh too! The large size is ideal for dinner and lunch the next day! Those French Fries are so good, even without ketchup, barbecue sauce, or any sauce! They have a huge bin of Potatoes! My little dog sure agrees! They disappeared FAST! Lol! The Fresh Lemonade! I can’t resist Fresh Lemonade! It was very nice even with the weather cooling down and getting dark. Yes, it is a little high but worth it. I did try a square cookie and it was just so-so. It wasn’t horrible but I would not buy again. Otherwise, the Subs, Fries and Lemonade are all Delicious!

I normally don't write reviews of chain restaurants. (No one should need someone else to tell them what a McDonald's hamburger taste like.) The service at this location has, however, recently has been great and really merits a 5-star review. The food has always been good, and they offer a few sandwiches that stand out such as their grilled club, their chicken teriyaki, their Rueben, and their pizza sub. Up until recently, it seems over the last year or so they have gone through a good amount of staff turnover with some being better than others, but the current staff has lasted a while and really stepped up service. They are friendly and do a great job preparing the food, but especially seem to go out of their way to make customers feel appreciated. If you have not given the Medical Center Parkway location a try in a while, it could be worth trying again. If you do, I might also suggest going on a Tuesday. They give free sample-size cookies out on Tuesday--until they run out. (That has only happened one time for us, and the staff remembered us and made up for it the next week!)

Great subs. Great quality. Very clean and neat inside. Lemonade is delicious and the Philly cheese steak was a bomb

Quickly greeted upon arrival. Freshly prepared and high quality food. The location is very close to I24 and all of the hotels. Mouth watering subs, delicious fries and the best fresh squeezed lemonade.

Absolutely the best. We waited to eat and skipped lunch on the way home from FL to be here to eat on our way home. Fries are so delicious and that multigrain bread toasted on my Italian sub was perfect. This place is one we always stop at on trips through middle TN! Thanks for dinner!

I really enjoy this sandwich shop. I've visited at least 10 times now and the food is great. One visit had an extended wait for the food but they were also very busy. I do appreciate the very friendly service. They even bring by some free cookies sometimes. The fries remind me of Five Guys style and are also cooked fresh in peanut oil which I prefer the flavor of.

Definitely recommend this place for a very delicious sub hot or cold. Fresh cut fries. Amazing service by Jesse. Very good suggestions. Went out of his way to help and explain things thoroughly even though there was a line. Not only did he run the counter and help the customers, but he also did other jobs throughout our experience there as well. He made sure with customers that their food came out right and that it was good and they enjoyed it. He was sweeping and tidying up where needed. Was just amazing at what he does. Even said he loved his job. He loves selling these sandwiches because of how good they really are. It doesn’t matter what type of style sandwich you like, he can make you one you will absolutely love. Keep up the good work Jesse. Y’all need to hire more employees like him!

We had the most INCREDIBLE experience with the store manager Jesse this afternoon. Would highly recommend- the service and food was extraordinary. We got the Chicken Philly, Fries, Lemonade AND a Cookie and all of it was to DIE for. Very impressed with this meal!

Again, I cannot brag anymore about how good of a manger Jesse is! Thanks for a great lunch! We will be back for sure.

I don’t usually do reviews. The food was so good and the customer service was some of the best I’ve had. As Christians, we don’t eat pork and we asked for a glove change before our sandwich was made. The manager went above and beyond and had his staff clean the grill and get fresh utensils. Very friendly and clean environment. We will definitely be back!

I ordered the large steak and Jamon was behind the counter taking orders and making the subs. The sub was good, but the service and customer interaction by Jamon made the whole experience exceptional. He was very welcoming, has a smile that will light up a room, and with all seriousness told me I was about to have the best steak sub…period. While the food at Penn Station is good, Jamon makes everything GREAT!!!

Had a craving for Philly Cheese steak. Reviews were positive. Stopped here on way home from church. Placed order and asked for cheese wiz. Looked at me like I was crazy. Only offered American and Provolone cheese. Took the Provolone with peppers and onions. One on white roll and other on whole wheat. Bother were excellent and along with a medium fries. Enough for 2 people. Great take out experience.

I have had only the best of experiences and food.

I have visited this place at least 5 times this year and it has yet to disappoint. Call ahead my order, swing by pick it up, and enjoy my sub while on the road! We don't have Penn Station in Florida so this place is definitely a treat for me. If you haven't tried the Chicken Philly you are missing out!

We used this location for a meeting for my job. Gwendolynn, the store manager, was absolutely amazing and fulfilled all of our requests. She was super friendly and efficient while helping us out. Great customer service. Enjoyed working with her!

Their sandwiches are amazing.
My wife would eat here five times a day if I let her.
And then we would be homeless.

Personal recommendation is the Pizza Sandwich with Italian Sausage.
When the fries are fresh they are also amazing.

I love the food at Penn Station but I also always get fantastic customer service. The staff at this location are amazing. They remembered my name after just one visit. The staff are the example for any business' customer service. The food is absolutely wonderful and the service sets the bar fit everyone else.

My fiancee and I really enjoyed eating at Penn Station. The food was hot, fresh and beautifully made. I got a pizza sandwich and she got a philly cheesesteak sandwich. I wish I had taken pictures. I will next time I go and I highly recommend the restaurant.

OMG.
Just what I needed in my life. Had had been sick unable to eat for about a week. NOTHING SOUNDED APPETIZING.
I stopped off said I'll get my favorite sandwich and maybe I'll eat. HONNNEYYYYY. I got the small Ruben no cheese extra meat and a large fries (cause my dogs are moochers for fries)
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND THE FRIES SOOOO GOOD AS FRESH FRIES ARE.
SO HAPPY MY FIRST REAL MEAL WAS SO SATISFYING IT TOOK ME A COUPLE HOURS OF A BITE HERE AND BITE THERE BUT I ATE EVERYTHING. MINUS THE FRIES MY SERVICE DOG KEONA CHOWED DOWN ON.
