One the best place to have a made to order sandwich. Quick and always great. Staff is hard working and focused on getting the food out, keeping the place clean. Not overly friendly. They may never know your name but your food will always be good.
I appreciate the quick and great tasting food. I continue to work through the menu and have enjoyed every bite

Oh my stars! This food is soooooo good! I loved the fries! They were so fresh and crispy! The ketchup is a bit spicy but it was good. When I tried it, the spice was unexpected. Anyway, I got a Be The Boss sandwich so I made my own and all the flavors just come together to taste exactly how I thought it would! The chicken is amazing, I love the buffalo and ranch sauce! The veggies were good too but I wish there was a little bit more crisp for the Texas toast. Otherwise, I loved all my food, even the little cup of cheese I got on the side. I wanted a strawberry cheesecake cookie but I thought I’d be pushing it.

O.M.G!!! Fffffaaaammmm!!! I have hit the Oasis of Burger Joints!!!!! Everything is fresh not frozen. I got the tropical burger with fresh pineapple and trimmings!! The patties have seasoning like I do in my kitchen. Im not too keen on the breaded fries; more of a fresh cut man myself. The portions are deliciously pleasant. The desserts are amazing!!!! If you’re in Murfreesboro you definitely have to stop and try this little treasure chest!!!! This will definitely be on my list anytime I’m coming through!!!!!

First time to this sandwich shop tucked away just off interstate. I had the “Tour of Italy” sandwich and was very refreshing with the Italian bread. Quiet atmosphere and steady with customers. 4 stars only because tables are sticky. Not dirty but the texture or seal just had a sticky feeling. Definitely recommend the food, we’ll be back for sure!

The food is amazing and I got to eat outside with my husband and we are treating it up. It’s large portions and very filling.

The bread is fantastic. Covered in herbs. Makes a big difference to have real good bread.

The fried pickles were different. Sliced long ways. I loved them.

I can't wait to try this place again. A new sandwich. A new sauce. This place deserves more recognition.

Hands-down, the best Chicago, Italian style beef sandwich I’ve had in the state of Tennessee, or probably the southeastern part of the United States since I ate at Portillo‘s in Chicago. I highly recommend that you try one. This is as authentic as you get!!!! Incredible food. We will be regulars here from now on!!!!

Haven’t had an Italian Beef sandwich this good anywhere else, and the cookies are fire. Going to bring my wife back here for a date to try the Cuban sandwich my boss had, he said nobody makes it like they do.

This was my first visit to the Sandwich factory. I ordered the "Factory Club" sub.
Turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mozzarella, mayo. Wow this was a great sandwich, it came with fries, and cheese dip....for 6.99. The ingredients, and the bread was very fresh and delicious. I was nicely surprised, by the quality and value. I will definitely go back.

I had the po'boy shrimp sandwich & fries, it was absolutely delicious.
Staff was very friendly & service was fast, all while food tasting fresh.

Wow these folks were really busy at lunch! It took a few minutes but I was ok with that because the 2 employees covering this busy lunch hour were working their butts off! They popwere just so nice and were focused on doing a good job. I picked up food for a sick one so I did not see or consume the food. The person I picked up for was very positive about the excellent Cuban sandwich. I will most definitely go back. These folks do good work! My only suggestion would be to clearly post where to place orders so people coming in the door can see where to go & don't inadvertently jump line ahead of those waiting.

This place is neat & clean including the restroom. Staff was very polite & friendly. The price is just right & the food is very tasty! Their menu is broken down which makes it easy for you when placing your order. I ordered "The King of Grilled Cheese/Signature Home Chips". You get a small side of cheese so you can dip your chips but not for me. The chips are seasoned just right. You can also sit outside plus the tables have umbrellas.

Always impressed when we eat here! The food is great with plenty of options. Service is friendly and fast as well.
