Penn Station has been my favorite sub place for years with their fresh ingredients, friendly employees, and tasty options.
As a closet habit former, if I have a favorite meal most places I frequent, I tend to stick to it, and it’s no different here.
The fries are always prepared in front of you fresh with your meal (use the malt vinegar they provide for the fries - trust me), and the lemonade you can thankfully buy by the gallon (believe me, you’ll want to). They also have a variety of chips and different sandwiches and appetizers, or you can build your own.
The whole meal can be topped off with a huge, soft chocolate chunk cookie that makes me weak in the knees to think about, but all their stuff is great and super fresh. It’s something I look forward to at lunch time or grabbing on the way home after a day of running errands.

The two ladies that made my food tonight were phenomenal. Wonderful customer service and the food was slamming! Subway who? Penn Station got it!! I will be returning. Thank you ladies.

Where do I begin? The service and food are outstanding! The fries in particular. No where else can you get super fresh, crispy, golden delicious fries. They will kindly cook them just how you like them. I love crispy fries and they ALWAYS cook them a little longer until they're perfect. Same is true with the hot subs. AND they will happily make any sub into a salad which is great if you're gluten intolerant or are watching carbs.

Excellent food and quality customer service every time from the Penn Station family. Pro tip: bring your Climb Murf receipt in for a discount!

This place was completely dead but the sandwich was so hot and delicious. The bread tasted like it just came out of the oven. Not many places pull off and authentic Philly, but this place definitely does!

This is the store I work at and have for years and I just wanted to give a big shout out to all of our customers for being so patient with us on the Predator Promo days it's been fun, crazy, and stressful some nights but we did it!! We got through it with a big bang and we couldn't have done it without y'all! Tonight was officially the last one for the season! Can't wait to rock out next season! 😎

This Is my first time going here. I went on a date. They weren't to pressuring I hurrying us to order. They went through their questions about toppings, and were very nice about it. I went to pay, the cops were already ready to be used. The food was made in a timely manner and was top three best sub, in my opinion, that I have every had. The fries, i ordered regular and got a large amount.

Jaden & Kat were really helpful with my selection of food. Their friendly manner makes me want, no will make this my go to store. They are both great 'first impression' fit this store. Thanks

8-6-2020. I came in to get a sub right before close and the energy and attitude of the staff was phenomenal. I work in the service industry, and I'm not used to getting such cheerful, enthusiastic service. The food is good and it was a really positive experience. I ordered at the store and did not call ahead or order online. I was torn over whether I wanted Penn Station tonight, but I'm really glad I decided to go :) I really hope the management does their best to keep the staff that is on this shift.

Penn Station, in general, is one of my favorite sandwich/sub shops. I am a regular customer at this location. I have always had a great experience with the food and service. This location is well maintained and seems to be upgraded often to keep with current trends. I highly recommend Penn Station and this location. Keep up the great work!

Penn Station offers a number of great hot and cold sandwiches with all sorts of excellent toppings. Also as a great choice, the fresh cut/natural cut fries are easily some of the best around. Costs are higher than typical fast food, but the quality and taste match up.

This is definitely a five star restaurant! It was my first time there and I will definitely be returning. The person who made my sandwich is such a well behaved, hardworking boy. He made my trip worth while. He got my sandwich out in a timely manner with basically no wait. I recommend this place to anyone who hasn’t been here, or has. i will be coming back very soon. i think the boys name was thomas. once again, he is a respectful, well mannered, hardworking young man. thank you!

I'm just sorry I haven't given this review sooner. It was my first time ever eating at Penn Station. I met the owner Marcus Queen and he made me feel like family! The staff was wonderful and was definitely welcoming and wanted to take care of their customers! Thank you Mr Queen for the extraordinary experience! I WILL be back!!

Excellent subs. Hot or cold. Friendly staff. The Philly Cheese steak is amazing, as is the Italian, and the pizza sub. They have quite a few signature subs or create your own subs. Delicious hand cut fries made to order. I highly recommend Penn Station. Best subs around, in my humble opinion.

I love this place. The sandwich bread is very unique and has a great chewy texture. I like the Philly cheese steak... It is so good with the melted provolone. The fries are a treaty, too, since they are made from fresh potatoes right as you order them.

My go to place for subs! The fries are the best fries around, I've been to other places seeking to find an equal or better tasting fry and still no others like this place. Both Boro locations are nice clean atmospheres with friendly staff. If you like chocolate chip cookies I highly recommend finishing off your meal with their chocolate chip cookie.
