Used for Greyhound services. 8/5/24 The gentleman (im guessing he is the owner) there was very kind. He talked with me while I waited on my ride. It may not be a big deal to most, but he let me sit inside and wait which in turn he was late having his lunch. He did not have to do that by the way!! I'm greatful there are still kind folks in this world. Because of his kindness I highly recommend his business and serves.

If you need a truck to move from City to city or from neighborhood to neighborhood or just rent a trailer to haul a vehicle they have it all U-Haul neighbors and Gadsden Alabama. 😅👍

The first few months with them was horrible. However they have a new manager at the location and he has completely instilled my faith back in U-Haul all together. I highly recommend this place as they have great service and great management all together!

The cab of the truck had ants in it and everyone got bite by them, and the guy did not respond to us when we told him or when we showed him the ants, he had a family emergency the morning we got the truck, and had another guy [Brandon] call me, Brandon was very pleasant and very professional unlike the guy running the place, if you rent from them bring bug spray for the ants in the truck!!!

My pick up time was at 5, the time they close. I had to order for that time because I work night shift. Instead of being able to move in one day like I could have with a dolly that I ordered, it took two days. Due to someone’s error I was charged and extra day (over $60) for using the truck. When I complained to U-Haul customer service I was told I would have to be charged because “that’s just how it works.” Whenever I tried to call this place during open hours the phone would ring and no one would answer. I wouldn’t give any stars if I could.

Went to this place and don't understand why they have their own business phone number for people to call, but one of the Girl employees feels it's necessary to exchange her own personal cell phone number with my husband and then texts him before we ever get home.
