Darling Art School is a little gem in Lago Vista. I attended the “paint your pup” event and it was so much fun. Aaron and Cynthia are personable, sweet and knowledgeable. Aaron is extremely talented in the art he does. I love how they have paired together to create a beautiful art studio and offer classes, camps and fun events to their community. Their special needs classes is one that is close to my heart. Way to celebrate neurodiverse minds! Highly recommend and look forward to attending more events. A great place to send your kiddos this summer!

I absolutely love Darling Art school so many choices to do from painting to clay classes. The choices are endless. The teachers and owner are all so kind and so sweet and so very helpful. I especially love their special needs art classes, my daughter absolutely loves that class and it’s a great place for us parents to get to meet others with the same lifestyle.

Darling Art School is an absolute gem! 🎨 I've attended several of their classes – from unleashing my inner Picasso in "paint your pet" to sipping wine and getting creative at "corks and canvas." The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you step through the door. And let's talk about the staff – talented doesn't even begin to cover it! Their passion for art shines through in every lesson, inspiring you to push your creative boundaries. We had a wonderful time at Darling Art School over spring break for a clay making class! The owner and teacher were so welcoming and accommodating, made sure our clay was ready within the week to take home, and offered some fun crafts for my little one as the bigger kids participate in class. Highly recommend!

My daughter loves the afterschool art school, as well as the summer camps. It was an absolute dream to have an art school right across from the elementary school. I just suggest this as an option for any parents new to the Lago Vista area. Not only do they do all type of media and art styles, they get to take art pieces home almost every week. The owners are also accomplished in art, so it's not only a business for them, it's an overall passion. ABOVE ALL ELSE, they don't just teach art, they are great role models! STEAM (formerly) is so, so important to our children's growth. If nothing else, it's an hour a day that your child is not looking at a screen. We will be back next year!

What a great way to get out of the house and get some creativity in!! I have been working from home for the past few years and Darling Art School has been a great place to go and be creative. It's also been a good way to meet other people in Lago Vista since my husband and I moved here 4 years ago and don't know a lot of people. They have all kinds of great classes for drawing, clay building, painting and more. I don't know much about the kid classes, but they look fun if you have kids.

Darling Art School has been a fantastic experience for my daughter. She has thoroughly enjoyed the classes after school and has brought home so many phenomenal projects. I appreciate the after school program more than you’ll ever know. Not having to do school pick up (even just one day a week) gives me two to three more hours of being productive at work. I’ve seen so many extra classes and community involvement that I will always support this school for as long as it is open! Thank you for being such a valuable business in our community.

We had such a great experience with painting our dogs! The teachers were very friendly and provided guidance on each step of our own unique painting. Everyone’s was so beautiful and different! Thank you!

Cynthia and Aaron are incredibly talented artists who share their love of art through classes, open studio and community involvement, and hire amazing local artist to teach also. Our family loves the Darling Art School! The owners and teachers are both caring and talented at guiding classes and inspiring kids to create art. My 4.5yo had a great time at Darling Art School and was able to explore new and fun creative activities she is still talking about days later. Teachers Aaron and Cynthia kept her engaged and were great with the children. We highly recommend this studio as a great resource for your kids and we plan to come back soon.

Hidden gem in our little town! If you’re looking for a fun girls night out check out the “Corks and Canvas” class they offer. The instructor Sam M kept it easy for a newbie like myself to follow along all while keeping us entertained and engaged. The vibe was on point!
The owners are warm and welcoming, I look forward to trying out other classes the Darling Art School offers!

I have been here multiple times with adults and have had the best experience. When there is something special I want to do and have friends that ant to do it with me, they make it happen- like a special painting class for my colleagues and ordering special trays that I requested.
I often see people reporting on social media how fun their children's birthday parties are.
This is a true art school with lots of amazing techniques to learn from bonafide teachers.
Whether you are looking for a sip and paint, a Pinterest experience, or technical instruction- this cute little place is where to go.
PLUS- the owners are so very loving to all who enter their doors. HIGHLY recommend.

My husband and I live in Iowa, our son was getting married in Jonestown, Tx. The event did not include children.
We looked high and low for options for child care during the wedding as several couples would not be able to attend due to lack of child care.
My now daughter in law recommended we reach out to the Darling Art School. Cinthia Darling embraced the idea of opening her school to the children.
Activities were provided, a meal was provided and the children had an absolutely great time at this event!
This was a brilliant solution to our dilemma.

Love this place! We used them for the evening for 3 littles that couldn't come to a wedding. The kids had a great time and they had all the fun stuff they did sent home with them in a bag the kids decorated themselves. I wished we lived closer so my granddaughter could go back and do more arts and crafts with them. I highly recommend them! 💖

My granddaughters attend after school classes and love it! They especially love their teachers and what they are able to create, it makes them proud. I have been for several classes myself! Shared wine, apps, laughter with friends and made new ones! Highly recommend checking out open art time as well!

We are from out of town and had a wedding to attend. We were in need of childcare for our 2 and 4 year old children. They were entertained and very well cared for at Darling Art School for over 6 hours and had an amazing time. We would highly recommend!!

The Darlings are such incredible teachers and their school is so much fun for adults and kids. You can tell with the interactions with the children that they were made for this business and our kids had an absolute blast. One of LV’s hidden treasures for sure!
