Pack N Mail

I’ve been using Pack N Mail for 2 years and will continue using them for all my shipping. Friendly, courteous and customer oriented. They help you choose the shipping method based on cost and delivery time. They have a wide variety of shipping materials available and the cutest card selection. Conveniently located in Pantops, they save time and gas. They always provide excellent, personalized service.

I just recently found this place, and I am so glad it's there.

It's a lot more convenient that having to go to the post office, as they are a 5 minute walk from me.

They have everything you could need related to shopping or mail, and they have always been very helpful.

I saw another reviewer mention there were always lines or lengthy waiting periods. Personally, once there was a few people, once there was one person ahead of me, and the other couple times it was just me. But, that's just been my personal experience.

I am so happy I found this Pack N Mail! The care with which they packed our heirloom clocks, and in a separate visit my grandmothers fragile cut glass was amazing. Everything arrived here (from Pantops to Washington state) intact. They really care enough and take the time to pack really well. It was well worth the drive out to Pantops, and I am very happy that I asked my family to ship thru Mail N More!!!

Always great service and help with all of my shipping needs. Great selection of packing materials. Cute greeting cards and the P.O. boxes are a great price, too!

This is my go-to place for all shipping purposes! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They give you options when sending the package such as cost and speed of shipping.

Very convenient for my Amazon drop offs and returns. Only other option for me is over at the UPS store on 29. Never had a issue with my returns but can't say the same for ups on 29.

I recently rented a one way U-Haul after a disasterous mishap of trying to get a one way rental car to drive back home. The ladies here were very nice and helped me get back home when I thought I was going to be stranded.

I have been regularly visiting this business for years. Sue (the owner) is terrific and friendly (like all her staff). Our business drops packages here every day. I have seen this business operate in both slow and extremely busy times. They are excellent multi-taskers. It is a great convenience that this location saves me from driving across town for multiple shipping needs. It seems to me that they know all their customer by name. I have delivered my eBay packages here for almost the past year and have always had great experiences. Jai(I believe her name is) and the other lady that are typically in there are always super friendly and helpful!👌🏼

Love Love this place!!!! They offer so much more than just shipping and packing!!! Keys, laminating, faxing, etc. They even have notaries available Mon - Sat.

Super knowledgeable and sweet staff. Honestly a joy every time I go into see them!

They are open later than most other post offices, have decent social distancing protocols and masking. They are our go to!
