Service Center - Steven Toyota

I’ve always had great experience at Steven Toyota! The gentleman who helped me was super nice and we had a nice conversation about football! There is still good people out there and it’s good to see! He was fanatic and highly recommended!!

I thought my car had a coolant leak, so I took it back to where I bought it. The technician worked diligently but found no leak. I had the oil changed and tires rotated. This service department was thorough and efficient in everything they addressed on my car today.

Pleasant greeting upon arrival. Ready for car. Welcomed me to waiting room where there was comfortable seating and free coffee and donuts plus a machine for other purchased snacks and drinks. Kept me informed about service and any needs or future repairs needed. Waiting time was about an hour and what I expected.

My service experience at Steven Toyota in Harrisonburg, VA was first-rate, as it always is. Mike (Service Manager) is the reason I use this dealership, and Brooke and Nick are so personable and professional. Even John Glover, my salesman from the purchase of my vehicle, stopped to talk for a while.

My recent service at Steven Toyota was an absolute pleasure. The service manager (whose name I failed to get) and the service advisor, Nicholas Greco, were pleasant, efficient, thorough, and extremely helpful. I simply requested air in one tire and a check for damage to the tire. They went above and beyond to be sure that the tires were all safe for my return trip to Florida - even checking the spare tire which was completely covered by our vacation suitcases and other items packed for our return trip. If I EVER need car service when I am in the area again, I will definitely go to Steven Toyota.

Will is seriously the best. I had a crisis with my vehicle. One of my tires had two holes in it and was just loosing air like crazy. He was able to fit me in because of said crisis. I really appreciate him and Steven Toyota for being able to help me out during this stressful time!!

I took my Chrysler 200 in for an inspection and brake check. I had an oil change there in July and was told that there was nothing wrong with my brakes, and that it was my tires. It didn’t feel like my tires, and when going down a mountain, it felt like the brakes were going out. Everyone at the service center I dealt with on 8/8 were so nice and went above and beyond getting my brakes planed and the other items completed very quickly. There was a misunderstanding about the car detail as well and gave me a fantastic discount. I will be taking my daughter’s Chrysler there as well to have them work on her car issues.

My Kia broke down (starter) in Virginia on a NY to Florida trip. I called first thing in the morning after spending the night in the car. Steven's told me they would squeeze me in that day. They were as good as their word! They got me back on the road in a matter of hours. Everyone there was friendly, polite and professional. Do not hesitate to use their service department. If I didn't live in Florida I would be back.

I have been to Steven several times with my Kia and each time was pleasant and as quick as possible. The staff is very professional, the waiting room accommodations make you as comfortable as possible and with progress tracking text messages and estimates, they make reviewing, accepting, rejecting service a breeze.

Every time I go into Toyota it is the easiest experience I’ve ever had dealing with cars. Whatever I need done they get done and make me feel confident by answering any questions I have and going over whatever procedure I am getting done. I especially love dealing with Emily 😊

Today I got my oil changed and tires rotated and it was a pleasant experience. It was done in a timely manner, everyone was friendly and the free cookie was pretty good too. So I give a 👍 and my experience has always been great with Steven Toyota. I love my bmw ×3 so I would definitely recommend them if your needing a vehicle.

Quick and simple inspection with detailed future needs. I really liked getting a text about the needs for my vehicle and allowing me to choose the services I want done now. Amazingly clean facility and the service members were helpful and nice.

Recently brought my Toyota to Steven Toyota for recall issue. Issue was addressed in a timely manner as promised. Jose was professional and explained everything to me. The waiting room was very comfortable with coffee, hot water and donuts. Plenty of space for sitting and I love the cubicles they have should you need privacy to work! Satisfied customer for sure!!!

The Steven Toyota service center is great! I bring my 2023 Kia Sportage here regularly for service/maintenance. I love that they have a Saturday option for oil changes, as my work schedule makes it difficult for me to make it through the week. Always a very friendly group of people that work here and I love receiving the text messages as they service my vehicle. Thank you Steven Toyota!

Great customer service as always, they don't try to push anything on you if they discover another issue. With all of that said the only thing that I don't care for is when you pull into one of the bay doors they approach you before getting out of the vehicle, wait for me to get out than approach me.

My work was the result of a Toyota safety recall on my 2023 Tacoma. I scheduled the appointment and two days later I went to Steven's for the work. Everyone there was friendly and polite, and the task was completed in less time than originally estimated by the staff. All in all, the recall process was done efficiently and with almost no incoveniece to me. Many thanks to the staff at Steven's Toyota.
