Just wanted to share an amazing experience. My older ford truck starting leaking fuel towing a trailer to Virginia and these guys went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Fantastic store, fantastic staff, and a great experience all around.

Update: Thought I might need a battery but it turns out that wasn't the problem. Super nice and informed employee helped me and ordered the parts I will need to make the repair. I've had several people try to figure out the problem I was explaining and I had a mile long list. Turns out the actual issue wasn't one of them lol

The gentleman who helped my son and husband was very helpful. He helped to make sure they had the right power steering pump, and even helped to transfer a few necessary parts from the old pump to the new one. Very pleased with this experience!

Did a check engine lite with code reader. Was great just gotta figure out how to do repairs. Served it's purpose but a little more confidence in operator would have been better.

Had windshield wiper trouble driving through this location and David went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Couldn’t recommend a better service provider nor employee.

Needed 1 lug nut. Instead of a package of 4 from a other auto parts chain-- which wouldn't quite fit--this O'Reilly employee took time to take a look at the style, not just the size, which resulted in a perfect fit.

Excellent this store is better than Advance or Auto Zone. You cannot beat their price. Always friendly
