Very nice guy who knows his stuff. Quick repair, too. Just turn your phone off and hand it over. The last place I went too required my unlock password. This dude did not want that at all. He also had a cheap screen, or nice one, which is nice to be able to choose from.

Great communication, great price, quality (quick) work, friendly. My sons iPad was completely shattered, iWorx fixed it in 2 hours, it looks brand new now. Highly recommend.

Great service! He offered to stay later to allow me time to get off work. I walked in he was really nice and was done repairing the screen in 5 minutes of arrival.

I broke my phone screen on the concrete, it was still working but my insurance wanted to replace it. I heard about this place from a friend and decided to try them out. It was worth it because I didn't have to pay for a new phone, or lose anything. Great fix and great customer service.

I got my screen fixed on my 23 Ultra... somehow that broke my camera and they ordered the part and fixed it at no extra charge!

10/10 on speed and price 👌🏽. my daughter came in on a severely cracked screen and was out in less then 15mins! And he was so professional and so knowledgeable on his services and products. You won’t find a better price for the service! He even mange to look at a second phone for a charger port issue and was so kind to diagnose and fix it on the spot!! I am definitely name dropping him whenever I see a cracked screen for now on!! His service prices and kindness is unmatched!

Service was honest and friendly. My daughter’s phone would not charge and we brought it here to have it looked at. He took his time troubleshooting and discovered there was no real issue. He was very honest that he didn’t have to make any repairs, nor did he charge us for the trouble shooting. We did purchase a case and screen protector which he installed for us. We will bring our devices to this business from this point forward.

It was my first time at the new location. I am very impressed with the quick service. My phone was repaired within minutes. The customer service is wonderful and the prices are super affordable. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

First time visiting this store... I walked in and explained that my iphone locked up. I told him about the quick fixes from YouTube were no longer working. He took my phone to the back for what I considered 30 seconds and brought it back to me smiling. The phone has been working every since. AND...he did not charge me. That's service with a smile!!!

My son’s iPhone screen cracked. He called to get a quote for screen replacement. From the bids he obtained, iWorx’ was the best.

We initially went to St. Clair Square believing iWorx was there. It isn’t. It is in a storefront off of Lincoln Trail next to Subway. I called him to double check his location. He gave me verbal directions then sent a screen shot of the storefront. That was helpful.

Long story short, I was very impressed with iWorx. The owner quickly fixed the phone and was professional and attentive.

I hope we never need him again, but if we do, we’ll go back to iWorx. I recommend you give them a try.

They were so fast at fixing the charging port on my iPhone XR I brought in. I was barely in there 5-10 minutes! And the price was very reasonable too! Would definitely come back. He may have just helped me catch my husband cheating this was secretly his backup phone that just stopped working.

I unconditionally recommend this wonderful establishment!!! I brought my phone in with a broken screen which had degraded to my not even being able to receive calls. Tugay fixed my phone in less than an hour. He is very professional, personable, and I cannot say enough about his helpfulness!!! I was going to have to replace my phone at considerable cost but Tugay saved the day! I will return to this place whenever there is a need and will highly recommend it to anyone who asks!
